Very nice designed, small and peaceful hotel. Perfect shadowy green area with beautiful plants and trees, thick grass and fine sunbeds. Location directly at the sea, you can have dinner looking at the small beach. The personnel is very helpful. Fine cuisine. I highly recommend this hotel, especially when comparing with the noisy and crowded surrounding hotels.
The pool water was too warm, when we were here in June. From time to time there is loud music from the neighbouring hotels. But during our stay it happened not very often, so it was not a big problem for us. The shower knob was very tight.

It was a lovely hotel that exceeded our expectation by a lot. As soon as we arrived, we were stunned by the interior design with all intricate and expensive decorations and pieces of furniture. The place is very quite and has a very friendly and helpful staff. Additionally, the offered food was delicious, and rooms were always kept clean. The spa is relatively inexpensive and offers a great variety of high quality services. It is definitely not a typical all-inclusive hotel in Turkey, but if you are looking for a quite, enjoyable, and relaxing vacation, this place is definitely for you.
Some equipment at the gym might be updated and water at the pool gets a bit too hot but these are just nit picky things and there are no major complains.

Not a lot to do in the evening after dinner

I liked everything 🤩 interiors, atmosphere, beach, pool with sea water, terrace with sea view where we had dinners, the garden and all those decor items.
Staff was amazing 👏🏻 friendly and helpful 💖💖💖
I loved turkish coffee in those beautiful sets, and americano is made just right ☕️❤️
Even though I enjoyed the majority of the offered dishes in the restaurantmenu, I had some doubts regarding a few of them

Gorgeous building, with a great view it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in.The rooms were clean, very comfortable, with an excellent location, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting alanya,
nothing negative actually

extremely nice and beautiful hotel with luxurious interior and amenities. direct beach access - one can decide to relax at the beachfront or in the well-groomed garden with palm trees. alternatively there is also a pool with saltwater. top fitness area. we haven’t tried the spa though. very helpful staff. the food at breakfast/lunch/dinner is exceptional good and not pricey at all. anything outside the hotel is far beyond the quality and taste! cocktails are great as well.
this hotel is a reason to come back to this area!
there is just one problem. the noise of the neighboring hotel complex. sometimes they play extremely loud music and you won’t be able to sleep until they switch it off… without that it would be a clear 10 out of 10!

Everything was great, the hotel and the neighbourhood are much prettier than in the photos, it definitely exceeded my expectations. I've never seen the staff that treats you so well so far and the girl that works at the reception is especially nice. They provided us all the information we needed and always helped us out with everything. I like it that it's peaceful and it's not crowded at all, all you need for a vacation. I also really liked the pool, the water is always warm and the garden is beautiful.
The breakfast was great and tasteful, the waiters were extremely nice, but I only wish breakfast contained just a little bit more variety.

This is a beautiful property, and the staff is excellent.
You need to know that there is a hotel across the street that plays very loud music all of the time, and late into the night. This would prevent me from recommending this hotel, which is sad, because the property and staff are exceptional.

The hotel was lovely and the atmosphere was peaceful. We really enjoyed the hotel garden and the pool area. Also the staff were pleasant.
We thought the Turkish breakfast was delicious and it included a variety of cheeses and cold cuts, fruit and olives, Turkish yoghurt and made-to-order warm dishes like omelettes and porridge.
The breakfast was nice, but it often started later than the stated time, 10 or 15 minutes past. On several days we had plans in the morning and had to wait around for the breakfast to start.

Nice clean beach hotel with seawater pool. staff good except not knowing english.
For a 5-star hotel, it is unacceptable that you only have 2 types of salami, 3 types of cheese, 3 types of fruit, one type of pastry for breakfast - a 5-star hotel, it can never be. Villa Augusto is a good 3.5 to 4 star hotel. rather go to a bigger hotel where it is cheaper and a larger selection of dishes for breakfast as well as for lunch and dinner. don't throw your money at this hotel.

The hotel is perfect for those looking for a quiet stay (e.g. when stressed at work), there’s literally nothing to do except reading a book and swimming. The staff is amazing, everyone goes extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel itself is very beautiful, feels like someone’s expensive home with antique and wooden furniture. The food is very good (worth taking half board), they even remember what ingredients you don’t like and make exceptions for you. 5-course dinners at the beach are amazing. The pool is perfect as well with its salty water and comfortable depth (not more than 1,6 m).
I loved the hotel and the entire experience but there are significant concerns (mentioned below). I wanted to give it 8/10 because of all the cons but the staff is so amazing that I can’t give anything below 9/10 because the hotel is still highly recommended from my side
1) WiFi is a total disaster, probably the worst that I’ve experienced in any hotel!! The first day it didn’t work at all, then it did work but sporadically and there’s no WiFi (and cell reception either) in the gym so almost impossible to do proper workouts if you use videos or like watching series when running on a treadmill. Be ready to read heavily or dream because you won’t be able to stream videos most of the times (don’t even think of working or having zoom calls).
2) The beach has hotel sun beds but since this hotel is surrounded by two other big (and quite noisy) hotels, people tend to swim in front of you or sit on the sand all the time. Given that the beach isn’t big at all, it becomes irritating, especially when adventure seeking males try to get acquainted or keep staring at you. If there was a hotel guard on the beach, this problem would have been solved
3) Cleanliness could be improved and I feel like hotel rooms might need renovation. I stayed 5 nights, the linens haven’t been changed once, and the very first day there were stains on the linens which no one noticed except me and no one changed the linens. Also the cleaning ladies somehow brought me opened shampoos and even opened cotton swabs. Not a big deal but it tells you a lot about the attitude to guests (this doesn’t relate to other hotel stuff though)

All was great about this mini-hotel: beautiful exteriors of rooms and the lobby, welcoming pool and garden, nice private beach, tasty breakfast and dinner. And most importantly- friendly and responsive staff. We didn’t expect to find an Italian style villa in this area of the Turkish coast, so it was a pleasant surprise. We had some late requests (change of dates, birthday flowers and cake) and they all were met with attention and desire to deliver the best service. Highly recommend this hotel.
Internet connection was not very stable

Turkish breakfast was lovely with freshly prepared cooked eggs and fresh orange juice.
The upstairs bedroom in the suite would benefit from having some drawer space available.
