The location was great but noisy

The location is amazing.
There is an elevator, but you will not be able to use it properly.

the hotel is close to the station and the city center.
I found it was too expensive for what it was. The rooms are small and basic, not comfortable. There was no air-conditioner and the room was very warm. When one opens the windows, it is very loud as the hotel is on a street full with restaurants. So I didn't catch much sleep. I could choose between not sleeping because of the heat or because of the noise. I kept switching between these 2 options. The breakfast was prepared in the fridge and didn't look convincing. There was only a kettle to make coffee. I would not say anything if the price would have been around 30 euros, but I paid 60 Euros and for a few Euros more, there are far better places available in Brno. So I cannot recommend this hotel, unfortunately.

The breakfast was amazing, far too much for us to eat every day, so we were able to take some for lunch too.
Shower had no anti-slip mat.

Good location and easy to access
Check in was slow and the breakfast was poor, it was pre packed an left in our fridge whereas I would have preferred a breakfast room to sit amongst other guests

The location was quite attractive. Tram station, bus station, and main railways were very near, within 5-7 min of walking distance. Many restaurants nearby. Staff know English.
breakfast. Two breads on the door, one fruit (I got one rotten apple one day), tea or coffee, and one curd.. that's essentially what they call complementary breakfast.
2. I was traveling for work, so the internet was very much needed. The Internet was poor, and sometimes not working.
3. The light in the bathroom does not work, I was using a dark bathroom everyday.
4. Very noisy. I could hardly sleep because of the noise. Not only from outside (seems like people don't sleep the whole night and shout for no reason), but something from the bathroom was making a constant noise.
5. There is nobody after 9 pm, so if you have any problem, you can't communicate, unless it's urgent. Also there is nobody before 8. I used to leave everyday before 8 due to work so I could hardly communicate my problem.

The location was perfect! Easy walk to trains and all of the attractions.
The hotel has an elevator however this elevator does not belong you directly to your floor. A few flights of stairs with heavy luggage was a struggle.

Terrible experience.
1. Water continuously dripping in the toilet.
2. The worst possible, uncomfortable type of toilet paper that I've only seen on camping sites.
3. There was a stale smell in the bathroom, probably from the pipes.
4. The "hot" water in the shower wasn't really hot.
5. The toilet lid would drop, had to be held by hand.
6. The room walls are scratched, the whole space doesn't look welcoming at all.
7. There's a pub right below which produces a lot of noise at night. Fortunately I had earplugs.
8. Breakfast is not a buffet, it waits for you in your room, and fresh bread rolls are delivered to you in the morning. That wouldn't be terrible, but you only get two very small rolls, it was definitely too little for me. And of course it means no warm options. Cheese and ham were stored in the fridge, so a small advantage is that there was a fridge in the room. However, it stunk like someone have died inside. I've used it to store some local cheese I bought and my bag is still horribly smelly.
9. The lift stops at half-storeys, you still have to walk at least 2 floors with your luggage upon arrival (including getting to the reception).
10. The pillow is so small that equally well it could just not be there.
11. Reception open only 10-21 or something like that.

It is really central to everything and the breakfast was very generous.

Very clean room, extremely welcoming staff. convenient check-out. Didn’t expect anything more or less from the room I booked. Warm enough for a person coming from Cyprus (quite hot island).
Location is amazing, 5 minutes walking from central buss station, trams are close. You are the city center. Even though it is in the heart of Brno, you don’t hear the street much.
Nice light breakfast: 2 buns, some cheese, meat, tea, jam, Nutella, honey, yogurt.
The room was a bit too dark even with open windows. Soundproofing in the walls is not the thing. My neighbor was snorting so hard, at some point I thought there is a hurricane in his apartment.
Wi-Fi was working perfectly on my phone, but when I connected an iPad - it was disconnecting every now and then, so it was a pain in the ass to watch something on YouTube. Maybe there is a system lock for a number of users on the router, but all in all Wi-Fi was good, at least on the phone.
The bed was a bit squeaky, but unless you are planning to dance on it - comfortable and soft enough for a tourist to relax after a whole day of sightseeing.

Room was spacious, bathroom was tidy and big.
Location is great.
We had fresh bread in the morning left on a door.
Breakfast left in fridge was very poor.
At least would be nice to have water to drink.
No TV.
Everything is pretty old and didn’t take care of.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, substantial breakfast in the room (!). The best choice in Brno.
Nothing.

This place was close to everything with lots of restaurants nearby. The room was very comfortable with a fridge, kettle, sink, microwave and breakfast.

It was in the city centre. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was fine.
Lot of stairs. While checking in as well as checking out, i was made to carry my heavy luggage for at least one flight of stairs.

Liked the location and the room.. It was a beautiful room ( #25 ) and the location was great. As for breakfast: every morning you got fresh rolls and a bag of various sliced meats, yogurt, jams, honey, instant coffee and creamer. All to be eaten at the table in the room.
The hotel is above a club that has music banging till at least 3AM a few nights a week. Future guest should bring ear plugs
