The apartment is spacious, but everything included, the bed and sofa bed are both comfortable. Kitchen equipments are more than sufficient but remember to bring seasoning when you want to cook something on your own. There is also coffee making machine which makes me really impressed! Great experience staying there Location is next to the bus stop and it is super convenience

The price is quite high compared to other commodity but really worth the price.

absolutely exceptional. I did not expect that from a place that is not a hotel! The staff were so lovely. When there was any request I had an answer within 1-2 hours. Everyone was so cheerful. And the place was very well equipped and sparkling clean. I cannot recommend it highly enough but staying here whilst searching for a home has made all the difference!

Cleanliness, Location and communication fantastic.

The apartment had a good view and commodities, there are a lot of places to buy food, Fheca was really nice and helped us to find a supermarket, also HITrental staff was really helpful, we enjoyed our trip to Zurich

I appreciate the quick response from the property team (within 15-30 min) on matters as where is an additional pillow etc. Reka was very helpful. I liked that kitchen has everything you need. Tram stop is literary next to your main entrance. There are quite a lot of shops around you, even a 24h opened shop within 15min walking distance.

I didn't like that on some days I could hear the children running very early in the morning in the apartment above ours, but I understand that it is a very tricky topic and maybe someone isn't that sensitive sleeper as I am :) Also the washing machine was causing some water-leaking and noise, even though we never used it.

The apartment is clean and has complete kitchen utensils that you can use.

Good location, within walking distance of tram number 2, which goes to the city center. Contactless check-in and check-out. There is everything for a comfortable stay. A very comfortable folding sofa.Was very warm.

Broken shower. The door to the toilet closes very loudly and wakes up half the house. There are no parking places in about five blocks where you can leave your car for more than a couple of hours. And in general, parking places are very expensive, even in the suburbs.

Apartment is very neat and clean. Its very easy to find location and its about 5 km from down town.
