It has everything a family needs during a trip. The washer and dryer were a big plus! Very clean and comfortable. Few minutes walk from tram stations.

It was clean and spacious

The process of getting into the appartment was a little hussle the first time, the whole process was without any personal, all self service. The plug of the bathtube was missing, so we cannot have a bath. There is no locker on the bath/toilet room. There is coffee but just for 1 or 2 days, no airco or fans (it was 35 degrees!). Internet is slow and keeps asking for login details every 5 or 10 minutes, the tv channels are ramdomized and almost useless. The toilet seat was loose. There was only 2 double beds 4 cussions but we ordered and payed for 5 persons.

There is a lot of black mold in the bathroom, which is a real health hazard. The toilet seat was broken, and the kitchen was not well equipped (no cutting board, 1 knife) and in general the apartment was very sparsely decorated and furnished. Check in was frustrating as the card that the machine generated did not work at first so we had to call and then get another card.

Big apartment and good bed.

Area very noisy with children screaming outside during the night, dogs barking and people in the residence (room 2001) throwing hardcore parties the 2 nights were stayed in.

Location, facilities and friendly neighbours. Restaurants near by and everything is walking distance such as cafes, supermarkets city, train station, bus and tram station. A safe area and very convenient.

Need instructions in english how to work washing machine. Maybe a little information about which bus, train or tram to catch into city. Some visitors dont have data and only rely on free wifi...

Staff was responsive and resolved issues during the self check in process. Location is good as it is a walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and bus stop to city.

The location is great and the apartment is spacious

The quality of the beds should be improved and we were not notified upfront that the dish washing machine was not working.

Spacious, decent location

It was advertised with balcony and amazing view but it has direct view to a wall (4m from the windows ) Dish washer broken, no cleaning products or accesories, only 3 forks for 4 people. Not all lights are functional.

apartment was clean, and had enough room. Also the overal apartment is great but lacks in a few ways that made the stay uncomfortable for us.

Machine to collect the keys had a errors so we had to wait for 20 minutes on our keys. Car parking is a hell. You can just stay 1 hour in front of the building and the private park space they advertise with is not available and booked out for months. As they said. We did put our car in the garage with high cost during our day and in the night we where lucky to find a spot after circulating for an hour around the block. The beds where really bad. Iron spirals are sticking in your back and made me consider to sleep in the cough. Dishwasher did not work. Even though the apartment was big and nice I Would not book again. 2 days of getting out car a place and a bad bed was almost to long. We longed to get away and that should not be how a stay should be and what we had in mind for our 2 days in Zurich.

The bathroom doesn't have a curtain so all the water spills on the floor and made a big mess. The TV also didn't work, we ask for the repair they said they will send some one but didn't. Key collection was Not easy, they have self payment machine which refuses to accept our credit card, Then the staff pass by and we paid through their portable machine. As other review mentioned the internet speed is very slow, is several people get connected its almost dying and you can not use the internet. Surprisingly, the shampoo as well as washing machine powder is not included in the apartment although it was branded as premium family apartment.

Nice locations, many facilities around, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, train and bus stations.

The apartment was not in a very good state, everything was stained and very used from courtains to sofa to bedsheets etc. Extremely noisy, we could literally hear any footstep from our neighbours upstairs. No ramp at the entrance of the building therefore not appropriate for families with small kids and strollers.

The location is good. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood. The area has a lively atmosphere. The facilities within the room were decent. The size of the apartment is good and appliances are good too.

Very minor points: 1. The apartment should provide a clothes drying stand and a microwave oven. 2. Some items need urgent maintenance - e.g. the Toilet Seat and the clothes hanging rod in the Bath.

The Internet works very badly. There is a lack of utensils in the kitchen, the heating was bad. the bathroom stall, wets the entire bathroom in the bath. There is a coffee machine, but there are no capsules left. Overall, Poor.
