really liked children first approach everywhere in the hotel, incredibly good animation team and very good evening programmes with guests -magician, exotic animals, gymnasts.

a bit too much noise in evening events so you are not able to go to bed before 11p.m. however all the sounds stop at 11p.m and nights are really quite.

A perfect family place with the most friendly staff I've ever encountered. The pool is nice with guard really watching everyone. The food was excellent especially the desserts and surprisingly pizza. Salad bar was quite refreshing and all the dressings were amazing. There is always something to eat even for the pickiest of eaters. Rooms are big and spacious. Air-conditioning works like a charm. The shuttle to the beach is also a plus. I will definitely be back in a few years, if not for anything else for the desserts. Thank you to all the people in the kitchen. You made an excellent experience even better.

Only downside and it's not the resorts fault is the fact that even so that reserving the sunbeds is forbidden, people put the towels on the sunbeds before breakfast and just leave them there. You get a cascading effect of people leaving the towels even though there are so many sunbeds. Again it's not the resorts fault but some people just culdn't pour water out of a boot with instructions on the heel.

The place is very nice, the apartments are clean, staff are welcoming and friendly. Lots of activities and program for the children and adults as well.

The food could be better, but with the price I think it’s also ok. But at the pool area, there are people who are using floats, I think it is ok but when there are a lot of kids in the pool and there are some people using them and big ones too, the lifeguard could have said something, because there a re a lit of kids in the pool and the kids are jumping in and out of the pool and having those people with floats big floats there while there are pots of children jumping in could be dangerous.

It is a good place for families with kids but a bit far from the sea. The hotel staff is great and friendly. Good coffee)

Too cold atmosphere in the restaurant. Do not expect a big variety of food and you will not be disappointed. The breakfast is poor and can be improved very quickly: only one type of eggs , no fresh bakery at all, limited fruits. Several days during our stay the dinner was not good and several days was quite good …

A small and friendly hotel. A good selection of food and drinks. Staff were excellent. Entertainment great for kids. Clean apartments, regularly serviced.

Probably wouldn’t go as an Adult only holiday as entertainment not great for adults.

The location of the hotel is great as very quiet and close to the beach. Room was comfortable with everything you may need. Pool was very clean. We really liked the food as it was a good variety every day

Although we have came with a 1 year old baby, we were given a room just next to the stage. Animations were starting from 8:30pm till 11pm and it was super loud. Also there was a mini disco for kids every day but again just from 8:30 so it was too late for many children. I also was hoping for a little bit of understanding when it comes to babies in an all inclusive otpion. My daughter was having a nap from 12-14. The lunch was available from 12:30 to 14 so we were almost never able to get her to eat. I have asked of I can just take some bits for her to the room, which unfortunately wasn't an option. Stuff said that there will be some snacks later on which were bread, ham and cheese so not something that my daughter would be happy eating for her lunch for 7 days

Room 6 was very noisy The windows went outside of the street and we could hear all noises from buses, cars, and motorcycles And it wasn't convenient to go upstairs with baby and stroller

A little disappointed with the food on "Mallorcan night" ... It could be a lot better but who knows, maybe I expected a little to much?

A clean and friendly hotel with a mix of nationalities. Continental breakfast was fab but not a lot of choice for cooked. Still nice but repetitive. A few really nice choices for dinner on some evenings and the vegetables on rare night we had them were cooked to perfection. For the price we paid the food was really nice

Having to keep your own cup and reuse it regardless of what you were drinking. You weren’t allowed to leave cup at bar or reception so going out for the day your expected to climb two flights if stairs to your apartment to put your cup away 🙈

The fantastic staff that we came accross we give 5 stars. Overall, not much really stood out to like about the hotel itself, the facilities and location, nothing really stood out!

Food was generally very bad quality (ie, pork knuckles and other cheapest products available only) with no hot snacks etc in the day just what looked like left over cake, bread, cheese and ham from the breakfast and lunch services, you had to make up your own sandwiches etc without facilities to do this hygienically but the offerings were so poor anyway we never bothered to take up this very basic offering, ice cream for kids was not real ice cream and was disgusting, again no options for adults. A single plastic cup is issued to each guest at check which is used for drinks around the pool and also you have to use it at night ie 24hrs per day with no washing facilities to clean your (oliver lol) plastic cup between drinks so you have to take them back to your room to clean them yourself hmmmm. Rooms are over average in decor and room facilities / comfort which was good, although they can smell of sewage at times, yuck! On reflection, we wish that we went with our original choice for this holiday but was impressed with the booking.com ratings for this hotel, but in our opinion we strongly feel that we were misled by the ratings which was the decider on booking this hotel. Cant fault all of the staff, they are very welcoming, professional and generally lovely genuine people, they can only work with what they're provided with. Drinks were over average also with good choice for a 3 star. This hotel was not expensive, but was also not cheap either when you consider what you get for your money and location.

changed rooms easily enough due to not being given an apartment room. this really wasnt a problem for the hotel and the staff were most helpful with this. given 2 plastic cups on arrival for the all inclusive drinks - no longer one time use - which is a brilliant idea and saves cups blowing into the pool and disgarded rubbish. all clients at the hotel were friendly also. the room was clean, beds clean and the hotel quiet. not on the main strip but 800 meters away - i understand that there is a shuttle bus but we chose to walk which was fine. near to a large supermarket too which is a bonus! also really good wifi in every room

nothing - it was extremely good value for money in our opinion - we had a quiet room at the back i imagine near the 'stage'area it would have been a bit loud..
