A localização é o ponto forte.
O hotel tem tudo para ser muito bom, mas ao mesmo tempo tudo para dar errado. Passo a explicar. Novo, reformado mas as janelas não fecham nem fazem a protecção do ruído é como se estivessem abertas. O Ar condicionado não aquece bem e quer esteja ligado no comando ou desligado ele está sempre a funcionar e é extremamente ruidoso. Em resumo praticamente uma noite sem dormir. Depois a cereja em cima do bolo, tem carregamento para carros eléctricos mas cobram 20 euros por dia o que é um roubo. Simplesmente um hotel a evitar.

The restaurant, the pool, the position.
The insonorisation in the room, noise from other rooms coming from the bathrooms, everytime other guests open the water we ear everything.

Very peaceful
Hard to sleep in our room. Kitchen staff cleaned and reset the dining room until midnight!
Banging, broken glass, rolled carts the whole time.

The Reception staff and the staff in the restaurant went out of their way to provide a service way over and above what was required and did so with smiles. Wonderful service. Lovely people.

Everything. From the welcome till the goodbye. Big private secure parking, nice kind staff, inside chapel, extremely good restaurant, clean and new room. A few steps from Fatimna pilgrimage area. Superior hotel very reasonably prices. What could you ask more ?

The breakfast provided was very delicious. The choice of juice and coffee/tea was good, and the seating area was spacious. The staff were welcoming, and very helpful.

Morning noise of the cleaning team in the corridors, before 8a.m.
Pool dimensions are also small for the quality of the space.

The helpless staff , check in was in 16.00 , we arrived at 14.30 , and asked to get the room , they didn’t agree , and exactly at 16.00 , we got the room
