Location is the best! Close to Metro ; Ferry; Bus. Wonderful fish restaurant is the next building. The apartment is quite clean and cousy. We have enought stuff in the kithchen. Gulls whih are your neighbours are quite noisy))) -5th floor. The wifi is accetable , but two times we had fix it with the help of adminitration

The apartment was clean and spacious. The location is very good, close to transports and conveniently reachable from the airport (SAW). The neighborhood looked safe, didn't feel any danger. The reception was always available and check-in and check-out went very smooth. The staff was nice.

WiFi was fast but it was off a whole day during our 4 days stay. There was no safety box in the room. Communication with the staff was a bit challenging due to language.

Located in Kadikoy but the lcoation is quiet. Check in was great, rooms are quite big.

Bathroom was dirty and extremely noisy. There was a sofa in my room but no additional pillow or blankets.

- spacious apartments - unbeatable price / rate - good location in Kadıköy with great access to the main points - a lot of convenient stores, cafés, restaurants in walking distance - Rihtim and Kadıköy central bus station + ferry ports right around the corner - Osmanağa neighborhood cam seem intimidating, but it's rather friendly - not too 'touristy', yet the shop owner's are used to tourists and speaking English - easy check in and out process - well equipped kitchen, even detergent for the washing machine - helpful staff - nice entrance area with water dispenser and coffee machine - trash pickup everyday from the common hallway

- the WiFi login doesn't work and if it does, it logs out constantly - it can get rather noisy on the street - non-existent soundproofing in the bathroom, you can hear the neighbours next door breathe when they are in the bathroom as well - not all amenities work or are present (we didn't have a water boiler) - they don't clean the rooms during the stay, which is normal for a self-service apartment, but it can get quite dusty when you stay for longer than a week

Location is great. Asian part of Istanbul, therefore slightly cheaper with regards to accommodation and food. The suites are 10 minutes walk from the bust station and Havaist express to go back to Istanbul airport and the port to travel to the European part. Metro station is nearby as well but we used ferries because it is more scenic and slightly cheaper comparing to the metro. We also liked the cafes right at the embankment: great views, food and prices. You can have a great walk on their promenade area along the Marmara sea.

There are no views, you can see the building in front of you with people's apartments. :)) I must say it is the same in many parts of Istanbul and some other Turkish cities (Antalya for example). If you want to have a great view, it should be a very posh hotel, I guess.

the location was awesome and the apartments were clean. It was smooth check-in process. The property is close to Havaist bus station. Bhospherous ferry is few meters away which allows you to reach European side in 15 minutes and lot of eateries closeby. There is a Hamam place close by and grocery place migros jet is few meters away. Nice Turkish tea shop is adjacent to the property and is an excellent place to stay at Asian side.

The elevator is so small but it was fine for us.There is nothing we disliked about this place

The appartment was nice and very well located closed to Kadikoy subway and ferry ; staff was friendly and helpful; it was equipped with all you needed, even washing machine for clothes, plus detergent.

flexible booking when talking over WhatsApp, but apparently not all of these booking changes make it into their booking system!

We have chosen Akin Suites Istanbul to host our wedding guests in Istanbul, but had a terrible experience with them and especially their personel! They have thought that two friends of us had checked out early (even though we wrote several times about the dates), emptied their room without informing us, took (stole?) all their precious items like cash and Nintendo Switch, and threw away all their clothes and shoes to trash. What kind of hotel throws away customer belongings to trash?!? Afterwards they offered money to not turn it into a criminal case, and we had to accept it since the damage was already done and our friends were already leaving the county… But this really made a sour feeling for our guests who was there for our wedding.. Imagine your wedding dresses and shoes being thrown to trash, your Nintendo Switch and cash all gone… They also told the responsible person was fired, but even when we were there, the personnel had no English knowledge and the only person we were able to talk was the owner of the hotel (who was on vacation during these events, which made everything more complicated)… So, please be careful if you decide to stay there! Don’t leave your valuables in your room!

It is an overall good place to stay if one is on a budget. Regarding the price, it has a better value than many other places. Just do proper researches to understand the general standards and ratings in Turkey compared to other places. For example, a 4 star hotel in Turkey is equivalent to a 2 star hotel in Dubai, Malaysia, Mauritius...

1)Very difficult to communicate with the staff (although they are nice people) or anyone around that area. Even knowing several International Languages didn't help me at all. I would strongly recommend google translate. 2)Poor location, not appealing. 3)not sound isolated. The people in the room hears their neighbors.

The suite had a great size, great location and was very comfortable overall

The air-conditioning is in the living room so it takes a little while for it to get cold in the bedroom.

Walking distance from restaurants and pubs. Also very close to bus stops and ferry. Apartment is comfortable and is big enough to fit 3 people.

Comfortable location, easy to get to/from airport and city center, spacious room, clean
