Nice cozy hotel in cool area very close to all major attractions. Everything looked clean and modern. The room was just as expected – it basically had enough of everything. Appreciated that window in the room was openable, as I like to sleep with fresh air coming inside. Though it could be noisy in the night (well not too much, depends on your preferences). Had a great pleasure communicating with the staff. Everyone was kind and caring. Breakfast was not too big in a choice, but more than enough for me – they've even prepared something out of the available options for me. Thank you!

Toilet-brush needed to be changed months ago (you know, it's not a furniture, it should be changed regularly). Hope the Hotel can take in account this small detail, as it adds to the overall picture. The biggest disappointment was the wifi. Even google maps on my phone needed some time to refresh, not speaking about YT and others. I had to use my esim for browsing and working. It was the same for me on 4th floor and my colleague on 7th. I think it's not acceptable for any hotel of this class in city center to provide such complimentary feature. In 2024 fast wifi should be provided by default. Anyway this didn't ruin my impression of the hotel! Though I hope they could fix it, so that I can enjoy my future stay even more :)

The breakfast was very good yet limited, I expected more of the Turkish breakfast cuisine, a wider variety than standard options.

The AC hotel is very convenient, clean, and close to the center of the city. The staff are all very courteous and professional.

The staff were extremely friendly did their best to help with everything.

The hotel has a very noisy and powerful fresh air system which blows into each room and cannot be altered, so is disturbing throughout the night. Each room has it's own AC system which can be adjusted and also switched off, so this would have been more than enough to control the room temperature.

breakfast was good, beds were good, room was clean. In addition, bathroom is really modern and good. Location is also a plus.

Sometimes the AC could be a bit slow to make the room cold.
