nice location and good staff

pools were not clean

When pulling up this Motel looked a bit dated but inside our room had been completely updated including a very comfortable new bed. It had everything to be able to cook a simple meal with plenty of space. The thermal pool was also a nice. It’s only a 2 min drive to the lake as eat street which was close than we first thought.

We were on the 2nd storey so getting luggage up and down was a bit painful

There were 7 of us and we were in Room 5. The room and facilities were awesome, spacious, all you need. Kids loved the pool, convenient to shops across the road, great Fish n chip shop. Will come back.

Maybe needs a new couch and sky television.

Was a great location. Rooms were warm and tidy. Mineral Spa was amazing and we didn’t need to spend money on hot pools in town due too the two mineral spas that are available

Motel room very tired with holes in the carpet. Not what I expected for the price.

Met by the most lovely warm welcoming gentleman, was delightful and gave us an upgrade and unexpected little chocolates, He also allowed us to keep our hunting dogs in the truck onsite, lucky they are good dogs and don't bark. It's the little thoughtful things that count. Great facilities, very comfy beds & pillows. Love that the pools is heated and open until 10pm. All in all an awesome stay and we plan to make this our go to when staying in Rotorua.
