Pool and staff amazing

Room waa very small and rooms had no aircon was very hot

The location. On the river. Beautiful large areas for kids to run around. Wildlife around. Beautiful walking track along the river. Staff friendly Easy check in and check out

Play equipment could be upgraded Room was not clean, the floor was very sticky-shoes stuck to the floor when you walked. Bunk beds not made up

Good central location with all the facilities we wanted . Staff were friendly and helpful. we enjoyed our stay.

The room was sizeable with separate bedroom.

The room had been neglected for a long time. the carpet had multiple stains. The room was dusty on arrival and it appeared not to be well cleaned. People were walking across our private balcony and accessing the pool via our carpark. The Manager understood our situation and applied stop signs to deter people walking through our designated area. The Manager also advised other guests not to access the pool via the carpark. We had to put a table across our entrance to stop people cutting across. Our car was scratched due to the tight space and bikes passing through. We were staying for 4 nights but ended up staying for 2 due to the bad experience. There was no one at reception when we checked out. We thought after speaking to the staff that we would be only charged 2 nights but were charged the full 4 nights.

It was filthy... There was mould in the bathroom basin and shower... Dust and bugs on the bedside.. cob webs inside the windows and on the roof... The cutlery and crockery were dirty.... Front of the oven was grotty... the shower screen was grimy... THe couch is stuffed there was a lump of wood in your back... the linen was also stained and filthy... The whole cabin needed a really good clean before they put anyone else in it... And don't blame covid cos with nobody in them for so long you had plenty of time to have them sparkling....

We liked the surroundings and the proximity to the river. The park was well laid out and a nice place to take walks and relax. We also liked the recreation room with books and games to borrow.

The kerb entrance to our car parking space at our unit number 63 was very rough and in need of some attention/repair.

From our experience, the park was clean, our cabin was comfortable ( though only a double bed not a queen as we are used to), however these are things which we were able to work around. The cabin was clean with adequate facilities. One minor thing which my husband had to try and fix was the hot water tap over the kitchen sink. Another tap in the bathroom was a bit loose but it didn't affect our stay.

Very little really. As I mentioned the bed could have been a queen size, but we realise that the room was not big enough for a queen bed. There was nothing else fo which we could complain about.

The location was lovely and quite, staff were polite and helpful.

The cleanliness left alot to be desired. There was a dead spider left squashed on the bathroom roof, food on the tv remote, stains and crap all over the carpets, mold in the bathroom and plenty of bugs and spiders. We spent the first half hour there spraying things and wiping stuff down. Having a huge huntsman sneak out and dealing with that at 1am was also not great, spider bombing would be a good idea especially in that sort of location. Wish I took photos of everything.

Staff were friendly. Great location for what we needed.

The cabin was perfect but it needs a freshen up. Carpet needs replacing or cleaning.
