Onze ervaring in Resort Aruna Senggigi Lombok was werkelijk geweldig! Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, werden we hartelijk ontvangen door Yandi, Novi en andere collega's van de receptie. Hun warme glimlach en bereidheid om ons overal mee te helpen maakten ons verblijf bijzonder aangenaam. Ze waren altijd beschikbaar voor vragen en gaven ons uitstekende aanbevelingen om ons verblijf in Lombok nog aangenamer te maken.
Een speciale dank gaat ook uit naar Hasbi en zijn collega’s van het restaurant. Zijn vriendelijkheid en aandacht voor detail, vooral richting onze kinderen, hebben ons verblijf echt onvergetelijk gemaakt.
Het hele team verdient een pluim voor hun inzet en vriendelijkheid.

It’s a lovely big resort. The rooms are spacious and staff are very friendly. Breakfast was nice and the resort was very clean.
Bathrooms needed a bit of attention and given we did ask for a ground floor and the traffic was noisy. We stayed there for New Years Eve a few years ago and there was great entertainment which being Independence Day we thought there might be some entertainment.

DIRTY ROOM, Smelly pillows, no extra power outlet, amenities didn't replace after cleaning, minimal entertainment, mediocre wifi in cottage

The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The pool was also good but we had to find our own towels and cushions for the loungers. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. The staff were all lovely and friendly
Not necessarily the hotels fault, but the noise from nearby venues playing music till 3am was a nuisance. The windows are single glazed so you hear all the street noise but to counter act that we did have a sea and sunset view. Our room needed a deep clean and the shower handle fell off on day 1 so would say the room needs some TLC

Really nice resort but some parts of it need to be renewed. The two pools are great. Breakfast is good but they could offer more fruit options.
They gave me a room with a indecent bathroom (dirty mirror and water), I reported the issue and they changed the rooom. Staff could be more proactivel.

Nice hotel with good rooms and great breakfast from the buffet. It has a nice swimming pool and proper gym. The staff gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. Yudi gave us an upgrade and helped us with printing visa papers. There were not so many guests which surprised us because its such a good hotel.
Outside a bit smelly when walking to the pool. There was initially no staff at the swimming pool and gym but that might be because there were not many guests.

Despite having a confirmed booking for 13 nights they tried to tell us they had no room for night 2. It took a complaint to Booking.com to resolve that issue.This property is in a state of disrepair with a ceiling in a common area collapsing while we were staying there. Management failed to follow up on the detailed complaint I made to a duty manager. Many more issues and too many to list here.

Breakfast was really good ,enough items variety hot and cold. Beds are nice, hotel facility is good. Lots of family members.
1st, I was thrown into 1st floor room. We entered and found mold smell. Plaster popping on floor. The Coffee pot smelled like fish, bugs. Reported to Manager, we found more and more other rooms like this. 1st Asst. Manager/Reception says we dont have any room. I had to demand to see the Real Manager. He fixed the things but come on. Take care of your property, mold leaks, plaster falling off on you. NO Good at all.
