Lovely lakefront position in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Bus stop very close by for town and airport.
Unfussy and simple accommodation with everything you need and nothing you don't.
Unless you book out the entire house your neighbours might be a little obvious noise wise.

we booked accomodation and had to pay to confirm booking which is normal. the owner then relentlessly tried for us to prove payment over the next two days as this was over the new year period with payments being delayed. I had the bank email confirmation and also a phone call from the bank to confirm to him it had left my account. he asked us to then pay the full amount in cash. on arrival he told us he was charging through the roof and thought it was amusing to charge people as much as he could get away with. we had no laundry facilities and minimum towels. we were also asked to not use one bedroom so he wouldn’t have to change the bedding.

The location was ideal. Lakefront, quiet suburb, extensive section. Rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious, kitchen had all expected equipment inc Fisher and P dishwasher. Free kayaks and paddles, and a garden bbq (new).
The children's play houses in the garden were somewhat unsafe, with protruding nails and potential for splinters

The pictures on booking.com is not what you get when you book. The small Villa is very damp and smelly, but the booking does not show you the real picture.

Booked a studio with no knowledge it was under a "house"/accommodation...would not have booked otherwise. Holiday was to recharge and felt worse at the end as so much noise could be heard from family from upstairs. Fridge not cleaned from previous customer. Heatpump didn't work. Smelt slightly of fish. Lack of equipment in the kitchenette. Strange set up with single bed in the "lounge" . Very expensive for what you get and could not go else where as most places already fully booked. Would not stay again.

It is a nice place
There was a smoke alarm in the upstairs room which it had a aloud Beep which was beeping off and on. No I don't smoke!
The alarm went off twice in the night so I had a worst sleepiness night. In fact it was a night out of hell.
The alarm went off about 7.00 and a told the owner nothing was done. Then it went off twice in the night with the loud beeping at the same time. I had no sleep or very little.

Location was absolutely superb right on the lake front with beautiful views, including a rainbow and a lovely sunrise.
House warmed up quickly and was spacious enough for four adults and two children.
Minimal quantities of china and cutlery so we were always running out and having to use the dishwasher. Supplies overall were on the sparse side although extra available if we asked. No electric blanket on upstairs bed though did not need one as it was warm. One face flannel provided with two towels.

The lady who works there & the lake view.
Wasn't anything like they are advertising with the exception of the lake location. Room wasn't clean, although the beds were clean & comfortable . This place is quite run down & in need of renovation. Chose not to stay for all the 3 nights paid for. This is not the 4 + star accommodation your promoting booking.com ! :(

Absolutely loved our stay! The owner was very hospitable upon arrival, he made us feel very welcome and his friendly approach was beyond anyone. Thank you so much!
The room was facing the lake which was a bonus, so relaxing, we didn’t want to leave. Cozy bed and facilities we’re homely.
We will love to come back and book here again!

It was close to where we were partying.
Didb't like the louvre windows and no notice about the trout flies when lights left on. No reading lights on both sides of the bed.

Super spacious rooms and living room, big kitchen and front deck is massive with fantastic views.
check in was easy so was the check outs. heat pumps in all big rooms and lounge for warm stays
we though we had the whole house to ourselves but there were mini 1 room under the house with guests, so we had to be careful about making noises.
TV could be bigger and in other rooms.
