We loved staying in this hotel. It's small,very private,it has an outdoor pool, it's a family owned hotel, i think. It has a very personal approach and the owner was very sweet, helpful and cheerful. The room has q nice,cosy, rustic feel to it, nice clean bathroom and toiletries, great patio and view. The breakfast is served to you personally to the table and cooked just like you like it- we loved it 😍 5 mins walking to the lake and a lot of space on the beach to walk.

Beautiful small hotel, very clean, comfortable beds, good shower and great fluffy towels, very friendly owner and staff, delicious breakfast served to the table, breathtaking views, beautiful flowers everywhere, easy parking, great location to explore the Lago di Garda and surroundings . It was hard to leave and we hope to be back soon

Location in a calm area, walking distance to a calm beach on the lake, near the center, Parking in front of hotel, staff incredibly nice. really clean. up on arrival they gave us plenty of information about the lake Garda, how to get to places what we must see. We took all of his advice and our stay was GREAT. breakfast is perfect, fruit, eggs, bread, delicious coffee, don’t expect anything fancy but it is just what you need !

the only thing we can think of is that the air conditioning wouldn’t turn on immediately had to fidget a bit with it. For diner I would suggest going out in the neighbourhood as you have wonderful restaurants but that’s our personal opinion !

Shabby appearance. Walls had plasyer patches that had not been painted. Dim lighting except for very bright 3 bulb light in center of room.

It was amazing. It was one of the best hotels we ever have stayed.

Cleanness, Host is friendly and nice, Pool, hotel's view, the fact that because we forgot our swimming headset, the owner kindly rented 3 to us freely. The host offers us a coffee upon check out.

We were 3 people getting the apartment with lake view. The apartment in description had air-conditioning. However, arriving to the the hotel we find only one room of the apartment with a small fairly okay NOISY cooler, which was barely able to cool one room. Upon arrival, we had to wait 45 minutes to check-in but it was a fair reason that the owner was stuck in traffic for a manifesto happening that weekend. The freezer's door was missing so hard to get cooled ice cream.

Wifi was a bit slow in the rooms

Felt like a home that I was welcomed into, it has character and a warm feeling. The view from the room and the terrace were amazing.
