Is was just ok... nothing very good about anything

Facilities were poor... swimming pool was unclean... U have to call too many times for any thing... service was very slow and then drab

Breakfast arrangements were outstanding. Each and every guest was treated with great courtesy. Food was awesome. Restaurant staff is excellent. Front desk courtesy was equally nice

It was value for money stay, and as it was great

It was a great stay and I had a wonderful experience and Manthan and Shivani were great host and made sure that our experience was pleasurable

Shower cubicle gathered more water as water was not going down the drain properly - after shower opening the door made lots of water came onto the bathroom floor - minor flooding

The food and service was great. The hospitality team especially Shivani Mishra has been a great help. Food was served to us by sweety who also did an amazing job

The housekeeping service was not up to the mark. We had to request cleaning services twice

The staff in the restaurant was amazing. My mother is a paralytic patient, but they took care of her every need and want. They were courteous and very polite.

The front office did our checkout before our lunch buffet cancelling our 20% F&B discount. Our invoice was not prepared, despite that we were not given any discount. The restaurant was courteous and apologetic for the same, but front office was very adamant to make any changes. Front office also needs physical grooming alone with professional grooming. They weren't smelling nice and needed some deodorant as SOS.
