Beautiful views and gardens, peaceful surroundings, everything was very clean, close to beaches and 12 apostles, lots of birds (including 2 black cockatoos) and a very friendly dog 🐕

The house was elegant and well-equipped. It faces a lawn with a beautiful view. It's at a great location for sunset and star watching. Our hosts are super warm and friendly. We even had a chance to take a yoga class with the hostess in the morning.

Location, views, facilities in property including internet and Netflix, kitchenware, toiletries, blankets etc. most importantly host and their lovely dog Blue.

Kindling for fireplace was missing.

Location and views were spectacular. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Well worth visiting in winter to stay by the fire watching the night fall over the hills.

We have an EV and couldn’t charge the car over night as there were no plug points outside. We hope the cottages will be EV friendly by the time of our next visit! Room walls need a bit of dusting but as such the cottage was very clean The rooms are a bit expensive but we can’t not come back given we are in love with their Chief Relations Officer

Not Applicable. We loved everything. It was a very cosy place and very unique. Peaceful and a nice place to unwind.

The property was great. Quiet, relaxing and also very unique. Wonderful views. The huge front yard was spectacular for our two dogs to run around. Bedrooms were small, though wasn’t an issue for us. Kitchen was sufficient, host communication good. Very pleasant stay.

Very well located. Pleasant outlook. Lovely sunny deck. Very quiet. Loved the wood fire. There was plenty of kindling and wood supplied. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of warm bedding.

There were no matches for the fire. It would have been good if a few simple breakfast items were supplied. I noted the two small packets of cereal, and coffee. There is nowhere to go for breakfast, as the places at Lavers Hill have obviously been affected by lack of tourists. I think some bread, butter, marmalade, yoghurt are simple items which would have been lovely to eat while sitting on the deck.
