Room had everything we needed, small couch, table and chairs, microwave, toaster, hairdryer. Parking was easy , and best of all, lovely thick walls and we heard no neighbours and little traffic noise.
I would have liked to have been able to open a window , but for security and noise probably safer not too.,

It was a dump. Dirty, old and run down with a spider crawling on the bed. The back door entrance which was opposite our door was held open with a stick. Didn’t even sleep there in the end, decided to drive 90 minutes home instead because it was so disgusting.

I did arrive about an hour or so earlier than check-in time. Has an advert out the front as having Cable TV - I wanted to watch a basketball game - but no cable in my room. Only in some rooms. So I asked for another room and came back an hour or so later. The FOXTEL channels were subscription only and they did not subscribe to Foxtel.
There was no iron or ironing board in the room.
This hotel offered no food. I was told to go to Subway or KFC up the road a few blocks. Even the lobby fridges for drinks and nibbles were empty.
All my fault - when I saw it was called the Chadstone Executive Motel I presumed that basics would be there - BUT, no.
I left the hotel and did not stay at all - they gave me one nights refund - ok, I understand the cancellation rules. BUT, I will be very wary believing what I see on the screen before booking any hotel next time.

Staff very welcoming and friendly. Close to where I needed to be.
Some guests were out the front smoking. They were right where the path to Reception was located. I spoke to the owner about this concern.

The location was fantastic, with private parking next to our room made it more comfortable. The room was clean and tidy and just perfect for our family of 5 people. All the necessities from hot water, shower, fridge, TV, A/C, towels and internet services was excellent and in good condition. All in all I give it a 4.5 star rating.
The whole building from outside and inside walls needs some renovation work to give it a face lift up. More lightning from outside could help to make it more representable.
