A warm friendly welcome on arrival and a spotlessly clean and spacious room with very comfortable bed. TV large compared to most accommodations and nice to have a couch to relax on. Everything we needed was provided including a small dish to hold the basin hand soap.

Friendly and warm welcome from the management, relatively quiet despite being on a main road, well located to town.

Why in 2023 do motel owners still allow smoking/vaping directly outside of rooms? We found ourselves in a room surrounded by smokers and so there was a continuous waft of smoke under/around/outside our door - amusingly there are reminder signs in the rooms about the penalties for smoking inside them! Please get with the times and ban it from your site or set up a designated area - this absolutely diminished our view of what is otherwise a nice place to stay.

It was a perfect room for a couple night stay; had everything I needed, was very spacious. Smart TV was a big plus! Friendly staff, pool looked great (though I didn’t test it out). Walkable from Echuca Station, and shops only a couple minutes walk away.

I have a bad back and struggled with the bed, but that’s a “me” problem! It’s quite firm, just keep in mind if you have back issues

Extremely friendly staff. Check-in was very easy. The gentleman was very polite, professional and friendly. Our room was a decent size and was very clean. Parking right outside of room. I felt safe staying here. Easy walk into the town centre from here, however, still far away from hearing the night-life. Highly recommend.

The area where fridge was located was wasted space. Would have been nice to have kitchenette as there was plenty of room for one.
