The staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable. There are two restaurants to choose from, both very good food and beautiful views.

The rooms need a bit of updating and touching up. Nothing major but showing signs of wear. In our room the living room furniture could be better arranged to face the lovely view.

Room and rainforest literally on the doorstep with plenty of wild life. Food for breakfast and dinner in the Rimba restaurant was excellent. Wonderful staff

Lovely location, incredible views helpful staff

I originally booked a smaller room which was okay but not in my opinion worth the money really, I then upgraded to a suite which was amazing but much more expensive. Cant fault the staff though, breakfast was delivered to my suite and was a bit it cold.

1. the staff are very very nice, they treat you like a family ( all of the including the managers), very helpful and respectful 2. we had an issue with in the room ( the hot water boiler was not working), and once we contacted the reception the sent the maintenance team to look after and fix the problem as well as compensated us for the inconvenience. 3. although the rooms style was in the forest and needs a little bit of hiking to reach them, the hotel has its own car shuttle which is available to pick up you and drop of at any time you call them 4. as its between the forest so expecting mosquitoes is common, but what i really like about this stay that they offer a mosquito repellent ( for you and for the rooms as well as the outdoor balcony ) and they come twice a day to the room to install them and make sure they work 5. very flexible when it comes to food modification ( as we are on our babymoon, so we was little picky eaters, but they were very responsive. 6. the SPA experience is exceptional and soooo relaxing

1. although the staff are so cute and responsive, but when it comes to the restaurant, they take long long time preparing foods (we spoke to them and they are willing to be better) 2. the hot water boiler was not working so until they fix it for us we lost the experience of bathtub ( they compensated us for our time and apologized as it was not there fault)

this was our second room, so go back to our review where i have mentioned every single detail about the property but for sure the STAFF were amazing and this room was upgraded for us as compensation for the inconvenience happened in the first room ( so we stayed at a studio
