The Restaurant customers service is the best also, the chefs and the waitresses excellent job💯

Pretty interior.

Spa put of service, they don’t have a spa person apparently. Jackhammering heard in lobby on the first day, insanely loud. Club music all night felt through building till at least 1am. No comforter provided and none sent up after we were told it would be.

We had a great breakfast. Great fresh juices

They did Not have one tv Chanel in English to watch Also you couldn’t get English on the caption. So no tv at all for English.

It is a very small Hotel in a busy location with no amenities ( pool, spa, views:(, space to lounge) rooms are not worth 180.00 dollars a night:( I am comparing this place to The 5star Quartz Hotel which is where we normally stay for about 140.00 Our 2nd floor double beds suite over looked the run down buildings next door. lots of construction all around us:( Centrally located yes! We believe that the price is not worth the accommodations. Nothing special about this Hotel at all. The cost per night should be at no more than 90.00 a night for what you get:0

They have a drill crane running next door. At 7am everyday to 7pm. I let the staff know. And I was told they don’t run it during the weekends. Which was incorrect. I then asked to be moved and was told all the rooms were full. Which was also incorrect. I just walked to the other side of the hotel to see almost every room empty. Then I was told I could pay additional 20 dollars a day to get a room on the other side. So basically,I would have to pay extra to get some sleep.

Hotel is in the safe area of the city. However, it is hidden and slightly off path. I like that because it is almost hidden. The parking is underground and there is staff keeping an eye in person 24/7. The attached restaurant has great food and affordable prices. We stayed in the larger single bed room with the couch and the extra space made our stay more enjoyable. There are many restaurants in walking distance but we always drove. Staff was also top notch.

We always stay here it’s close to everywhere we have to go and all the staff are professional and helpful.
