The privacy between two rooms.

The only issue we had was the the air conditioner was leaking in the bedroom with two beds.

Location was excellent. The front desk was very polite and helpful. And, the place was clean and modern. I also really appreciated the a/c and the Netflix and YouTube. I would definitely come back.

Instructions on using the remote controls for the tv could be a better as it took us a little while to figure it out.

Great location

The room we got had no windows and felt a little claustrophobic.

I reserved a room for two nights. However, It did not meet my expectations. The pictures on the website are not the same as the room, and there’s only a small window looking out the hallway it did not feel safe, and we lost our money for two nights because we didn’t stay there.

Better description of the rooms, receptionist only had a cell phone and there’s no computer. It didn’t seem like a real hotel.

Room was dark at night, no outside lights, this was super nice and helpful in getting a good sleep

Heard some noises from our neighbors in the morning

Location is convenient in Zona Rio. The room is spacious and clean. There is hot water and the appurtenances work. Parking is close by in the front. There is also an elevator available.

There were some noisy guests lingering in the hall late at night; this issue is probably an exception to the normal state here. The mattress was sagging and should be replaced.

That they don’t have a person that goes and clean or take out the trash or give us clean towels. Have a phone to call receptionist and they need to have tv on each room

The location is close to everything

It was clean, comfy and pretty big.

No central A/C or Heater. Only in the rooms. Could get pretty cold outside the rooms.
