Great little park. Pool was great.
Cabin was one of the best we have stayed in as a caravan park cabin.
Would be amazing if the baby pool was heated too so our done could have as much fun. But that’s our only complaint from the whole experience

The pool was great the kids loved it. the cabin itself was the best Big 4 we have stayed in (and we have stayed in dozens of Big 4 units around Australia!) Staff were lovely. It was very central to everything that we needed.
The only thing I would add is bikes or something for the older kids as the playground was more geared towards younger kids. Also when we checked in we were not told about the council discount card promotion, when I was at the office to hand in our keys after our 7 day stay finished, whilst I was waiting I hear a staff member give the card to a new guest checking in and telling her about it. This would have been very good for us as we ate out each night and most lunches, did all the tourist attractions etc so it would have really saved us. It was a shame that was not shared with us when we checked in.

The room was nice and good channels
I emailed to make sure heated pool was working. Didnt get a response to that but relieved another email after that with no mention about pool. Heated pool was in maintenance our whole stay and was ice cold. Never got a sorry or anything. Only we stayed there

The bunk beds were extremely uncomfortable. Very thin and hard Matress. We were in an older cabin and for the price I found it very expensive. Just no vibe in the park.

Loved the 3 bedroom deluxe cabin.
Pool was too cold. And play park wasn’t overly suitable for smaller children.

The location is good. room looks good.
The sofa bed has a bump in the middle which I can barely sleep.
The bathroom is out of date, the shower space is too small to use.

Very old facilities. Shower was WAY TOO OLD and also small (we did not take the risk to take a shower!). Cupboard and other kitchen facilities were also TOO OLD. And above all, there was a disgusting policy to ask guests to wash the dishes, dry and put them back to the cupboards, and then take their rubbish with themselves!!! Otherwise, there would have been surcharges!

We really liked the grill corner where we sat to have dinner. The kids loved the playroom but there weren't many age appropriate games.
Too bad the pool was closed.

Everything at the Tasman Holiday park went smoothly and was easy to use.
We were glad for the spacious and comprehensive accommodation.
The wi-fi was intermittent to the point that we gave up and used our hot-spots.
The light switches, power-points, handles and switches were all a bit worn out (yes we are in construction, sorry for the nit-picking), with the microwave power-point being of actual concern.

Rebekah went out of her way to give us suggestions of local dining options, best places to go whale watching and when my husband mentioned that we were only married 1 day, immediately upgraded our cabin. Beaches were easily accessible from the accommodation.

The facilities provided were good and the staff were nice and our room was clean. There was a games room with a table tennis table and some other games and there was a tennis court with a basketball hoop and soccer goal. Bed was comfy and the mattress was really soft. The shower was small but it didn’t bother us. There was also a personal coffee machine with tea bags biscuits and hot choc provided.
Unfortunately the pool was closed for renovations which is why I can’t give this a 10 but I’m happy to come here again and check out the pool

The two bed cabin was nice, well decorated and all the conveniences you need. Beds comfy, rooms warm.
Playground was good.
Staff were really nice and let us charge our car at a powered site.
The pool was closed which was the whole reason we booked this particular park. They had ample opportunity to tell us through email or text but didn't until we got there and checked in. The kids were really disappointed.
The WiFi did not work in our cabin.

In a quiet location and very close to the town centre. The staff is very friendly and helpful
Not able to use the indoor swimming pool as it's in the renovation process.
The shower is a bit too small and it's not easy to regulate the hot water temperature we want.

- there was a used form in our room, and cigarette butts on the floor.

air con was not great at heating the cabin surprisingly. did warm up eventually however had to leave it going otherwise went cold quickly

pool was closed and drained - wasn’t told of this when booking or checking in. Spa bath in room- jets in strange places, can cause lots of spillage of water onto floor
