we booked an executive queen because of the so called pillow top bed and comfypillos, we got budget family room the bed was so hard it would have ben more comfortable on the floor I had sore spots from the hard bed, we were not compensated for an inferior room, I should have got what I paid for and I did not, I was told pretty much bad luck
the bed was horendously hard, the room I got was not what I paid for I will not book her again

The room had a septic/sewage smell. They had obviously tried to cover this up as the room when we first went in smelt heavily of air freshener.
when I booked in I couldn’t be found under my name. Our booking was found under my booking number but had a different name and address/phone number. The credit card number matched. Nit sure if this was a mistake by the Comfort Inn or bookings.com.

Bedroom was filthy and was not cleaned. We found some underwear near the bed side table. Don't know how long it was there for.

Even though the hotel is right on the main thoroughfare through Warrnambool, the double glazed windows meant the room was whisper quiet. We just needed a place to rest for the night and that’s certainly what we got. Very clean, very comfortable mattress, black out curtains, clean modern bathroom, friendly staff, everything you need for a good night’s sleep.
The PowerPoint for my mobile phone, etc. was behind the bedside table and the bedside tables are screwed into the walls - meaning the PowerPoint can’t be accessed. The large bedside lamps are likewise glued to the centre of the tables, so can’t be moved aside to make space - in my case for a sleep apnea machine I need to have next to my bed. This is by no means a complaint. It’s just a sad reminder of the society we live in, that premises’ need to bolt down their assets so people don’t steal them.
