Hotel molto accogliente, arredamento nuovissimo e a tema, pulitissimo. Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, colazione molto varia e di qualità.

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte nella dependance dell' hotel struttura veramente carina curata nei minimi dettagli, pulizia super, staff molto gentile e disponibile, colazione ottima e variegata specie le torte di produzione propria, sicuramente ci ritorneremo

The Hotel is close to the slopes and offers free parking just outside the hotel's door
The reception is closed from 10pm
All the rooms are very noisy, with very poor soundproofing (and dogs barks in the night because of animals)
Moreover rooms were cold because the heaters only worked when in the room (someone getting back from skiing would want to find a warm place)
The breakfast was continental but with minimal choice of savoury food and no fresh food at all (everything was industrial)
The minibar in the room was empty, and no water was offered in the room
The spa is not really a spa. It's just a jacuzzi, a shower, and a cold Turkish bath (the price was not worth the experience)

The location, quaint and charming.
The elevator didn't work, the bed was not comfortable and was given only one key.

I was surprised to find in Italy this cozy and quiet, Alpine-style hotel. From the first step-in you feel here like at home. The staff is super-helpful, Mr Stefano speaks fluent English. They immediately organized for me extra desk lamp (I had a lot of writing) and a proper chair. You will see, that they REALLY care of you! They have a safe car parking for the guests. I enjoyed also nice mountain view from my balcony. The buffet breakfast was exceptional: apart from the standard coffee and croissant you have cereals, toasts with cheese and ham, variety of Italian cakes and selection of juices. And everything for very reasonable price! This was the best included breakfast I had during my 16-days travel around South Italy. Internet connection was also reliable.
It is hard to find any negatives. The tourist info is poor in this area so it will be nide if they will put on the wall at least big map of the region...

Kindness at breakfast: I asked for italian bread and even if they hadn't it, they went their extra-mile un-freezing from lunch's deposit and warming it in the microwave for me.
I truly appreciate this kindness.
