So close to shops, restaurants and the pub. Visit was for Red Hot Summer Tour at the Bella Vista Farm. Suited us to perfection.

The hotel cafe was closed on Sunday morning. No minibar or enough milk for us to make our coffee in the morning. All other things were perfect.

the bed was hard, neither my husband or slept much. The couch needs replacing. It Dipping in the middle so unless you sat on the edge, you rolled into the middle. The cafe was closed on the weekends, so you couldnt enjoy a nice breakfast and coffee without leaving.

It was and very clean modern room with all the facilities needed for my one night stay. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac.

The location of the apartment is good and convenient. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was very tidy which was the most satisfying thing to us.

1. After checking in, we found the floor where our room 509 is located was under renovation. And we can smell the paint in the bathroom and the hallway which was really not so good. 2. The curtains don’t block enough sunlight which makes the bedroom not dark enough to sleep at night. 3. About 5 am in the next morning, we were awoke by the big jumping noises which was coming from the upstairs. The noises occurred every a few minutes until 6am. We didn’t who was staying above room 509, the cleaners or the guests? 4. The chair in front of the table was very uncomfortable to sit which needs to be fixed or replaced.

The room was well presented and modern looking, with a good bathroom and kitchenette.

The cutlery needed a wash. The hotel is in the middle of a renovation. It looked great, but there was a strong smell of paint in my room.

Clean well appointed room. Fold out couch was worn and no bedclothes, but reception rectified this.

The place is under new management. They charged parking fee of $15 for a one night stay and did not disclose this in Booking.com. In addition, they also added a credit card surcharge. These "hidden" fees increased that single night rate from Booking.com's $215.10 to an actual $233.55. For this bigger rate, I could've booked a better place. Lastly, they've reduced their bathroom and room amenities. Needless to say, I'm never coming back.
