Room is very good. can not complaint

there's nothing i did not like about the hotel. Keep it up!

room was great bed is great overall it was nice

one towel had what looked like pee on it well it was 2 yellow stains on it pillows could have been better the mini fridge was not as cold as i wanted it to be

Great staff who went out of their way to be helpful and polite. Food was good and always available. Close enough to train station and shops to walk to. Room serviced each day. Prebook breakfast to get it cheaper and don’t miss it, huge variety of food.

The carpet in our room had lifted and was uneven and lumpy. A couple of cleaning issues missed by housekeeping.

Best bed in the hotel so far!! Always presented beautifully and very clean.

Location was fine, food was enjoyed, coffee from the machine was undrinkable.

Had to request cutlery for breakfast and was also charged an additional $30 for breakfast and when I queried the gentleman at the front desk he wasn’t bothered my emails quoted breakfast was included, he refused to reimburse the difference, told me to contact booking.Com. I did and they sorted it out after I provided evidence. Not very impressive service. I paid an extra $50 for an early check in at 11am and arrived at 12:30 after calling the morning to confirm the early check in is still available. When we arrived later than normal check in time, the room was still not available.

The convenience of the property. It was within walking distance of shops and public transport. The staff were very helpful when we had issues with the TV, the upgrade was a bonus. It was quiet and comfortable, we couldn't hear the rain, nor did the sunrise wake us. It was lovely sitting on the balcony at the end of the day, watching the sunset.

There were signs of age about the building. Carpets and paint lifting, cupboard doors that wouldn't shut, panels with holes in them. Interestingly, we found a can of drink propped behind one of the paintings in our room.
