La ubicacion para empezar ruta por los dolomitas es genial.
La habitación no nos gustó.Desde la terraza de la habitación se ven las ventanas de otras habitaciones.
Se escucha continuamente el agua correr del desagua de la terraza.
Nos encontramos una cucaracha y un gusano en el Interior de la habitación. Al levantarme por la noche para ir al baño puse descalzo una cucaracha. Super desagradable. Falta de limpieza y desinfección. Lo comenté en la recepción y se quedaron como nada. Un desastre. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Tenedlo presente.

Il centro si raggiunge bene con una passeggiata di una decina di minuti.
Immersa nella tranquillità e accogliente.
Il parcheggio sarebbe da riorganizzare ed ampliare un po’.

Pudimos guardar las motos en garaje techado. El desayuno muy bueno.
Las camas muy incómodas, con muelles saltados. La persiana estaba rota y se baja sola. La habitación que nos dieron daba a un patio interior, era angustiosa. Se veía la habitación de enfrente, poca intimidad. Personal poco serio. Estuvimos mas de 20 minutos esperando en la recepción para que nos devolvieran los documentos de identidad porque no había nadie para atender a las 18 horas de la tarde.

The staff was so kind and the beds were very comfy! Our children loved swimming in the pool, chatting with the chickens, and exploring Moena. We would LOVE to come back with our family!

Pillipo, was very helpful. His dog Lucky helped to make us feel right at home. He was loving and kind.
Pillipo gave us good directions to a nice hike and information about the local area. He made our stay a gracious host. We will definitely come back again.

Very beautiful place. The breakfast was very tasty. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Good breakfast (many choices)
We got a room on the 4th floor. The room was very dusty. The bathroom was very unclean (urine stain on the floor, unclean shower). You could shower only if you were lucky enough that no one else was using the shower at that moment (there was a very small or no amound of water going through the pipes). At one point the water stopt runing even in the sink.

Breakfast was good, but it`s Italian breakfast. Coffee, sweets
First of all part of employee is not speaking in English or very bad. It was hard to understand something and receive some information back.
SPA - is not included in the price and when i was booking hotel, i have not find this information. 10 EUR per one hour. With that price for room SPA could be included.

small shower, in a very steep terrain (can be difficult to reach by car when there is a lot of snow, can be difficult to reach by walking for an elderly), you get eggs for the breakfast only if you ask

we order at the hotel and when we arrived the official at the desk told us the hotel is full and send us to a apartment near by belong to the hotel clamming it all the same, apart that there is no swimming pool and sauna.
When we arrive at the place there was no air-condition no internet and a very poor room ,
to have breakfast we have to climb 200 m back to the main hotel.
Very tricky way

We loved our stay here.
The room was spacious and beds large and very comfortable.
We made use of the spa at the hotel which was free of charge, and were amazed that there was everything one could wish for: sauna, steam room, about 6-8m long swimming pool, bubble massage seats, tropical shower, even lemonade at the exit from the spa.
There was parking next to the hotel, spaces were always available.
The breakfast was nice and adequate but given the quality of the remaining services, we expected it to be richer. It would be nice to serve also eggs or some larger variety of savory items.

Amazing location, friendly staff, great view, and clean room.
I tried to get in touch with them before my stay but no one got in touch. We tried email and message via booking.com. Breakfast was included and seemed great, however, we wish they had vegan options so we could also enjoy it.
