La nostra Pool Villa era davvero bella. L’hotel è molto grande e moderno, il più importante di quella zona di Bali. Ci sono più bar dove poter fare colazione. La colazione è magnifica, c’è veramente di tutto.

La pulizia era abbastanza buona ma non impeccabile (come ci si aspetterebbe).

The staff are incredible, facilities are well cared for. Perhaps cocktail happy hour would be good! As drinks become overwhelming expensive.

Great location. Comfortable villas with great pools. Great service by amazing staff.

It is getting very dated in terms of look, colour, materials, design and feel. Food (including buffet breakfast) was good but not up to the standard that can be reasonably expected from a luxury brand.

The overall facility remains top, the food, the room size, the view and the location are excellent. The concierge service was nothing less than outstanding (and we had many various requests).

Honestly, nothing much. Because I booked with Bookings.com, I could not add points to Bonvoy program. but that is it. (it was thew same price had I make a direct booking with the hotel.

Everything, it was amazing

Service was the best I've experienced in all my visits. In particular, Putu at the swimming pool and Nita at the restaurant went above and beyond. Everyone else was also incredibly friendly, helpful and prompt.

Wouldn't recommend the room we had (right at the edge next to potato head) as the generators are quite loud.

Everything was excellent especially the location in the heart of Seminyak.

No Airconditioning resturants to dine at all . This was not pleasant in the sweltering heat.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service. You get both beach and city atmosphere. Swimming pool and restaurants are decent. We will definitely stay at the W again.

We were a bit disappointed as there was almost nothing going at night even during the week end , we thought the W was more like a couple / single type of hotel where we could enjoy music by the pool or the bar at night ... but it was actually pretty quite and more family / kids friendly, which is ok but it was not kind of unexpected for us. Second thing we didn't like was the long walk to exit the hotel , there's golf carts dedicated to take guests in and out of the property but when none is available , you'll have to walk like 10 minutes, or request a cart and wait for it .

Staff inside the hotel were lovely we stayed at 5 places in 3 weeks which we left the W to our last to nights thinking it was going to end our holiday on a high and THE W was far the dearest and the worst

Hour long wait for food by pool side and drinks were about 40 minutes from when ordered very disappointing when spending over $1200 per night. It wasn’t busy at all only few laying on the beds We do want to thank the cleaners for help clean up our mess from Bali belly which I gave a tip well to which they shouldn’t have to do that we got so sick in the hotel. Water in bottles in room and that were provided and when asked if they were safe to drink and was from a seal bottle we got told yes , which after we were sick I asked another ladie working there and she said no we just fill them up out of the tap , we got so sick and had to be rushed to the hospital after being so careful eating and drinking throughout our holiday we will never ever be back still recovering now had to take another week off work We then also headed down to the pool where we thought we would spend our time laying on the chairs which were filled up by 11.30 so we asked were could we sit as there were 20 other unused lounges , they mentioned if you sit on them it will cost you $400 AUD minimum just to sit there and when we spoke to people siting around the pool they weren’t even staying at the resort and paid nothing and had few chairs around the pool which we thought was crap. We understand it’s first in best dressed but when we pay so much to come to a resort and relax on our last few days $1200 per night plus $400 per bed to sit around the pool is just money hungry as my partner and I don’t drink and have 2 kids under 15 how are we going to spend that on a tab there …. All of our other hotels you could sit where ever and we’re free And rooms were very noisy with the waves and wind all night …. That sums up our very sad ending trip thumbs down..
