Everything. This is our favourite place to stay.

It was fine accomodation. I did think it was cool that the bath was in the room because it meant that I could watch tv from the bath.
The room was not very sound proof. We could hear everything from the rooms next door and there were a group of people who stayed below us that were up all night, often sitting outside which basically just sounded like they were sitting in our room.
I wouldnt stay there again based on this as I want to know if I am staying somewhere that the room will be sound proof enough that I will be able to relax.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the kitchenette was well-equipped. We also enjoyed the whirlpool bath and the free WiFi. But what really made our stay special was the warm hospitality of Fay, Chris and the team. Fay, you went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.
We were very happy with our stay at Te Mata Lodge. We couldn't find anything to complain about.

The lady who was operating the place was so lovely and helpful. Arranged for us to check in early when I called at 10AM the morning of - Would definitely stay again.

The pictures online didn't do it justice. Everything was newly painted, the shower head didn't look like it was going to be any good but the pressure was great. Larger space than expected.

My wife, Graham, and I visited the Te Mata Lodge while in town for a wedding. From the moment we arrived we felt comfortable and relaxed. The parking lot was one to behold, as was the room itself. I promptly ran myself a bubble bath while my wife, Gavin, watched Tik Tok videos on her electric telephone, using the complimentary Wifi provided by our hosts. Highly recommend this lodging for all. I would rate this 20 out of 10 if I could.
