appartment equipment is a bit old

The view is fantastic.

It is advertised as an apartment, but indeed it is just a room with another small place and the bathroom. There is no kitchen.

Unfortunately the resort is now very tired. The rooms were lovely and clean, but the furniture is old and worn. The kitchen was very poorly equipped, almost impossible to do anything other than breakfast - should have taken a picture of the frying pan - it was so hilariously bent out of shape we had to prop it up to balance it on the cooker top! There are no seat cushions on the old and worn patio furniture. They've obviously had a very hard time through covid, but the place is just unloved now, The pool is nice and the views amazing, but the cafe is closed, several of our light bulbs needing to be replaced and not even flowers/plants in the planters dividing the terraces, which means you have no feeling of privacy, and there's really no excuse for not providing a few plants.

Great view from the terrace! The whole bay is clear. Great beach down the hill!

We liked the distance to scala dei turchi - we could walk there along the beach. Beach is awesome and the sea is warm even in the end of october. Pool is also nice - big and clean. We didn’t find any restaurant which would suit us nearby. But we could cook in small kitchen.

The location of the apartments is just fantastic! Beautiful view at the beach and the sea. It can be reached by a little path. So in 5 minutes you are at the beach. The room has actually everything you need and it was clean. Theres a terrace in front of each apartment where you can relax.

We really liked the hill top view to the sea, and enjoyed every minute there. Even swim in endless pool after sunset. Staff is very helpful, they helped us plan our activities. We like peace and view from terrace is absolutelly fantastic-you can track the big ships down there in the Mediteraniean:) we liked the really big area of this resort, palmas, olive trees and big garden.. 10/10 would recommend and come again. Very good value for money.

Rooms are close together and you hear every sound of other people’s water pipes and warer heather, but this defiinetely not such a problem.

The resort was exceptionally difficult to find especially after a 6 hour journey, driving alone from potzallo. Due to my gps stopping ‘20 minutes’ from my destinations I had a very dangerous incident with a man that made me have to phone the police who came to the resort at about 4am & eventually left an hour later. When I got into the resort it was in darkness & no one arrived at reception until 08.30. I tried to find my apartment but I was exhausted & it was unclear where it was. When the only English speaking staff member arrived at 8.30 he took the name & phone number of the man who had caused the problem earlier & he helped me with my luggage but I didn’t get to my apartment until 9am but the owner still charged me for that night. The resort is beautiful but it was clear that it was under staffed and as the owner couldn’t speak any English I couldn’t complain to him personally. I did however tell Luca, who spoke English, how disgusted I was with their lack of help although they knew I had nearly been raped and had called the police for my safety and to prevent a noisy scene that would have woken the other guests. My car window had also been damaged in the incident and when I asked for help, again they were too busy to help me and I spent 4 hours trying to find a mechanic that could replace my window on my last full day at the resort. I therefore managed to use the beautiful pool only twice. I attempted 4 times to pay for bottle of wine I’d requested before leaving home but could never find out the price so on my final day, when no one was in the office, I gave up. The owner insisted check out was at 10.30 but I ignored this and left at 13.00, leaving the apartment cleaner than when I arrived & drove onto my next destination.

the apartment itself if poorly equipped, there are 3 apartments in one house and there is literally no noise isolation from your neighbours.

Realy nice areal with garden flowers pool, close to a nice beach and the turk steps, parking in front, wifi, enjouyed the pool for our selfs, little playground around the corner

The rooms need a renovation that the outside fit the inside, old furniture, kitchen equipment... what shall i say worse

The personal was very helpful and nice. ESPECIALLY the cleaning lady that cleaned perfectly every day and always smiling. The view is amazing. It looks much better for real than in the official pics. I really suggrst the hotel owners to renew the pics.

There is no sight division of the terrace so that if there are some neighbours next to you you see them cause the terrase is shared. I suggest to put some high plants to increase the privacy feeling while staying in the terrace.

The view is fantastic.

No breakfast available, stairs to the beach was broken and closed... So the only way to get to the beach was by car.
