The staff was very nice, the beds were comfortable, room was clean. I would recommend to others, and definitely stay again

Nice comfortable room and good heating. Friendly staff. Pretty quiet although on a main road and lots of guests.
We booked because of the indoor heated pool but it was far to cold in the water temperature to go in it, disappointed child. Shower head only sprayed water around the edge and not in the centre.

Andrew was lovely and called to advise of a situation with the hot water, was happy to find us a new motel. We decided to stay anyway and when we arrived the hot water service was fixed but it was nice to be told about what to expect. Bathrooms were huge, we had an adjoining room which was great with 4 kids. Rooms were well layed out and spacious

Simple, clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and approachable staff. Terrific food at the in-house restaurant. Able to accomodate a family of five in two adjoining rooms.

Disappointed, Restaurant not open
The highly rated restaurant was closed on Saturday night- Chef had gone away. Had to drive into Parkes for dinner. 15 very steep steps to reach our room. We had been sent written confirmation from the Motel of a ground floor room, prior to our stay. The Manager was angry with us for booking through Booking.com and not phoning him direct. He told us to go somewhere else if we didn't like upstairs, BUT, he added "You won't get your money back." We could not recommend this motel to anyone booking through a third party.
