the location was perfect.

The residents yelling at our teenagers, demanding to know our room number to confirm we were staying at the complex. it was rude and disrespectful.

i rly love the apartment it feels so like at home and it makes me feel like i dont even want to go back to singapore

me n my family encountered something and my mother saw something in the apartment which makes us feel abit scared but i would say if its with alot of people it would maybe be different.

The location was great for my needs

the proximity to all facilities - beach, coffee shop, public transport, food venues - not to mention being able to have an ocean view and watch the sunrise from the comfort of our own balcony 😍

Some of the appliances were outdated in the rooms.

We loved the location being so close to the beach and having a pool as well was great. the main bedroom was huge and great ensuite. the bath was massive we only used it once as it takes a lot of water to fill though.

Something you are unable to do anything about but lots of construction so workmen were hammering at 6:30 in the morning and machines groaning, not a sleep in to be had which was a shame.

The view from this apartment is incredible! Can see from Surface to Coolangatta. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Looking forward to our next opportunity to come back and stay again

No one on reception, manager did not answer our call, keys were not in the lock box apparently the people that arrived before us took our keys too. It was several hours before we could access the apartment. Rubbish had not been emptied from the kitchen which I believe the guests before us were responsible for.

Good location. The staff is super good. The view from the balcony is awesome.

Not all rooms have air conditioning.

The close proximity to cafes, restaurants and beach. The car park - plenty of room to park & access your vehicle.

The booking was for a ‘superior’ two-bedroom apartment. We stayed in apartment 24 & it wasn’t superior at all. The kitchen has been renovated, but other than that, everything was very old, including bathrooms, furniture, damaged windows and doors to the balcony (no fly screens). In addition, the cutlery & crockery was dirty and had to be washed before using. Laundry facilities were advertised, however, no product for the washing machine. For a 5 night stay I would assume some laundry detergent would be provided. There was only one tablet provided for the dishwasher. No hand towels or face washers were included, and no spare bath towels. Air conditioning was advertised, however, there is only one air conditioner & it was located in the bedroom. The tv is way too small for the size of this apartment, nothing like the one shown in the photos for a superior apartment. The facilities also state there is a bath, but there isn’t.

there was no email or text to check in instructions and my voicemail message was unanswered not good communication at all could not get free to air tv at all second bedroom wardrobe was very very dirty and little vanity space in the bathroom EXTREMELY LOUD ROAD NOISE !!!! definitely needs new windows to block it out the wind was coming through closed windows 😳 a few upgrades would make this place a lot more comfortable and better value for money
