Great location close to good cafes and the beach. We had two family rooms, that were clean and newly renovated with comfortable beds. Friendly housekeeper offered fresh towels and bathmat each day. Great communication from property manager Jason.

The room was beautifully redecorated

At 76 years of age I wasn't told that I would have to climb 3 steep staircases with my luggage. There was only half the hotel open and not ready for occupation. not a plate or a cutlery in the room and no food facilities available. The heater was broken in the room so on a freezing cold night we were frozen and unable to sleep. We were told it had been complained about the day before. It was so bad we had to return the next day so could not attend the Lions Dinner we had already paid for. Parking was also hopeless due to the park being full of white goods ready for installation.

For the price, it was a lovely little room, newly renovated and had everything we needed.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the hot water was instant - excellent. The young man in reception was very friendly and helpful.

Simple Room with everything that was needed.

Bathroom was very crammed so a bigger person would really struggle to be in there with the door closed. We came home at night to baby cockroaches scurrying everywhere around the coffee cups and glasses. They were still there in the morning. Car park is very crammed. I spent a while helping a larger 4wd drive get within 5cm of another car and do a 7 point turn just to get out of his park.

Great location, comfy beds and plenty of room and storage in the apartment. Walking distance to beach and cafes, virtually no noise from the surrounding roads and friendly staff.

Only issue was the noise transfer from the apartment above. we could hear every footstep, but was advised they are looking into resolving this.
