Location was great and we could park our car at the door.
The pillows. When I complained that all the pillows supplied in the room were too hard, the comment was that we could have called 24 hour reception to get softer ones. This was not advertised in the room and most hotels give you a variety of pillows so that there is one readily available without having to call reception. Also they couldn't find a working bedside lamp so they replaced the broken one with one so bright it defeated the purpose. The room was not large either and we had to use the ironing board as a luggage trolley for the second suitcase.

All facilities. We had room 851, huge balcony. Was quiet on Sunday and the pool was all ours,bliss.
The plug next to the bed would not take my charger. Normal NZ iphone charger.

One of the most comfortable hotel beds I've come across. Everything about this room was first rate. We appreciated the free upgrade to king room

Size and cleanliness of room, shower strong and hot, kitchenette well equipped, staff helpful and friendly.

The bedding was old. Feathers all over the floor. Small shower. The breakfast was not that great.
The guests was noisy until early morning hours.
