The nice atmosphere of the place!

Nothing to complain.

Staff is friendly and polite, facilities are clean and common areas are nicely decorated and well-maintained. Pool areas are spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable and the showers have excellent water pressure. The food is very good except for the deserts and sweets. I believe the hotel does not have a proper baker/confectioner and deserts are prepared by the cook. There's a team of young entertainers responsible for arranging daily activities for adults and kids. There's a small but well-ventilated gym with threadmills and some equipment, but two of four strength machines were unusable.

Room had a queen bed and a single bed as we requested. However the beds were separated by a partition and the AC was installed above the single bed. Everytime AC was on, the person on the single bed would freeze within a few minutes but people on the queen bed would struggle with the heat. Also, you can hear other guests walking on the hall, talking, and doors opening and closing (banging) as if they were inside your room.
