The villa is very cozy with an amazing open kitchen and a small pool in the back garden. The location is excellent, only 20 minutes drive from Zadar airport and private parking on the street. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen well equipped, the bathroom also. Very good contact with a wonderful and helpful host.

We couldn't have asked for anything better. The host (Sanja) is extremely helpful and nice. The location is right by beach, and close to the main street with restaurants, bars and cafes. The property has everything you need in great condition and the host has paid attention to every small detail. Highly recommend.

My partner, 9 month old and I just returned from a beautiful five day stay at this villa. The owner met us as we arrived and we received such a warm welcome, they were very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, we asked for an iron, high chair and cot and they were able to provide all three. The apartment was immaculate, well designed and conveniently situated within a few minutes walk from a supermarket, the beach and many bars and restaurants. Having access to a swimming pool was a huge bonus for us to keep our little one cool during the soaring day time temperatures. I highly recommend staying at this place to families as it has everything you need in the apartment and plenty to keep you entertained. Close distance to Zadar city, we took (very cheap) Ubers for a day trip and also used Ubers to and from the airport. There’s also a pharmacy within walking distance for the added peace of mind. We look forward to returning in the future and hopefully bringing more relatives along with us.

When the host is waiting for you with the AC turned on and two bottles of cold water, you know you are in the right place. Very clean room with a nice bathroom. It's small, but very cute. In the backyard you have an open kitchen with a pool, relaxing zone and a bar with many things. The host is great and very friendly. You can drive up to the room, leave you baggage and then, park it in a separate location (10meters away).

Many thanks to Sanja who allowed us to spend a pleasant stay in her villa. Nothing was missing, the interior of the apartment was very modern, cosy and especially of an irreproachable hygiene, embellished with a nice terrace. The swimming pool is really pleasant, strictly reserved to the villa‘s guests, one does not jostle at the gate, deckchairs and bath linen are available at the edge of the basin. The BBQ area with its large table where you can relax, cook your own food and enjoy some drinks is also very practical. Villa Mirakul is very well located, 2 minutes walk from a beach, 5 minutes walk from the port and center of Sukošan, 20 minutes from Zadar by car. Sanja is a lovely person, she was considerate from the beginning to the end of the stay, making it a point of honor to ensure the satisfaction and comfort of her guests. I recommend this accommodation without hesitation, and would like to come back.

Lovely stylish appartment. Great cosy balcony and outdoor cooking / sitting area. All designed very tasteful. Extremely helpful and kind host making reservations to a nice resto. And, recommended a a wonderful private full-day boat trip to the Kornati islands. Perfect location to visit Zadar, beach, islands and national park. Highly recommended!

We stayed at a small garden room that is separated from the rest of the house. It was small, but just enough for two people to enjoy. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Outside it has a small terrace with lots of plants that complement the seaside and the scenery. Apart from that, we had an outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator, a coffee machine and everything else you would have in your kitchen. Next to that there is also an outdoor sitting area with a great pool. The staff is very polite and the family who owns the villa is great with people so you would enjoy your stay and have an amazing vacation. It is close to the beach and the city centre where you can have a delicious meal or a coffee. All in all, it is worth the price!
