Location was perfect. Apartment was beautifully styled, comfortable and had everything I needed.

Ideal situation & amazing views.
On arrival the lift wasn’t working & we were on the 6th floor with 12 flights of stairs to climb !! Found out that the lift had been out for a month & we were never informed !!

Excellent location across the road from the beach. The staff were exceptional. They were kind, welcoming and helpful. Alex surf club is across the road and there is a lovely coffee shop close by as well.

Pool, beach front location, massive room
Lift maintenance for five days had to use stairs. Not enough toilet roll or tea and coffee, don’t provide extra.

It made incredible use of the space. A very functional kitchen.
About the only issue was the lifts were under maintenance but even with that, the property alerted us right away so it was not a surprise when we arrived.

Horrible beds so uncomfortable could feel the springs, could hear ever single noise outside glass not sound proof at all.. very disappointing

Our room was nicely renovated. Spa and pool, plus great size spa in our room. Surf club, skate park, Alex bar and grill all across the road.
The laundry is very close to our room so we were woken up in the morning to people doing laundry or the dryer running and buttons hitting the metal.
