The beachfront room was beautiful - plenty lounge beds and the all inclusive package is very accommodative. The staff are very kind and friendly. Generally a good location - highly recommended.

The bedding are old and dated - they could do with an upgrade.

overall customer service was priceless. Thanks to the beautiful girl Ann who organised our taxi from Mombasa to the hotel. the property was clean. daily room service. food and drinks was perfect. entertainment and daily disco was the best my family love it. The pool is very clean loved the beach bar. beach front rooms we’re very spacious with A/C we had a perfect holiday at papillon.

Plenty of choices

It was all inclusive holiday but after the first night the red wine was different and horrible , so we started buying at £20 a bottle and so did a lot of other clients. By the last two nights there was little selection and not as good. I'm not a wine snob and drink boxed wine all the time but If they must serve really cheap plonk at least have a good stock and choice for the guests to buy

Beach, dinner, swimming pool were all awesome, A cot for my baby was provided.

Room and toiletries were below my expectations compared to my last experience in 2020. There are well marked smoking designated areas, but seemed smokers smoke where they feel like, common areas, swimming pool, restaurant etc...and thus making the place not ideal for non smokers and those with children.

Quite and serene environment, short distance to the shopping center. Staff were friendly and courteous.The icing on the cake was body massage by Sarah.

It was our honeymoon so we received a room upgrade and really wonderful surprises and gifts from the staff of the hotel - cannot express my excitement about the whole experience we had at the hotel, not to mention the view from our balcony was just like a postcard, it's just that we were living in it! I loved the pool's design and the exotic cocktails at the pool bar. The variety of food would satisfy everyone and the dinner bar is charming. Everyone is always asking if you are happy and if they can serve you better - the atmosphere is just awesome! The beach is also picture perfect, white sands and warm water, right outside of the hotel garden!

Location and staff and hotel all very good

First we were received so well at the reception, guided on the regulations of the hotel and guided to our rooms. The rooms are super clean, the grounds and pool are too. The food was excellent all the time big up to the team serving and waiters moving around to clear and ask if everything is okay. It's worth the experience, wish we had more time to stay over.

The room shower head wasn't working well, but the smaller one was. The room phone was also not working, that should maybe have been tested before we got to the room. My partner did not like the massage service at all, there should be some improvement to how it's done.
