Location: Its a bit further away from the Centre but in a very nice/quiet area (10min by car). You will need a car to go everywhere but parking is free and better to have a car to explore the island. Room: Amazing! Very spacious with queen bed, mini fridge with beer, wine, water, etc (charged but still...). Bathroom was big and separate from bedroom which for me was a plus! Hot water and good pressure. I believe the A/C control was broken but the temperature wasn't an issue as it was always comfortable in the room and we didnt find the need to ask reception. Pool is the selling point! Huge, beautiful and warm-ish. There was a bar but we did not order from there as we only used the pool one day (shame really our days were packed) Breakfast was good with lots of options in a buffet style (eggs, croissant, breads, juices, cheese, ham, etc). I thought it was a bit expensive but there are not other options nearby. Restaurant was nice and food was good. Reasonable priced and they let us bring the wine bottle back to our room to finish there! Very convenient too Staff was super nice and helpful helped us every time we needed and made sure we felt welcomed! I loved the hotel and would be happy to stay here again

The only faulty point was the breakfast organization. I believe there were only 2 people working and definitely not enough for breakfast run. They were not able to clean and set up the tables after guests leaves. Most of the tables were still with plates/food when we arrived for breakfast. The waitresses were very kind and nice and kept apologizing. Other than that it was good

Hotel, grounds and staff all perfect the rooms were cleaned daily and spotless, all common areas were also spotless pool well kept and the hotel restaurant was great value for money and food was of a high quality

Hotel is nowhere near any shops and had no snacks or pool bar in may but this was only small inconvenience

First thing in the morning you will hear are the cowbells... Amazing place close to Alghero. The staff was more than friendly and always very pleasant. The breakfast was amazing and the room was spacious with a great balcony and perfect view for the sunset over the hills. I can highly recommend the hotel. Thanks for a great stay!

one of the lights in the room did not switch off unless when plugged out the socket which was located behind the shelf so not really great, and the TV did not work

The hotel is a modern building, surrounded by a nice garden and has a big outside pool. The room we had was big, and so was the bathroom and terrace. WiFi worked astonishingly well (for Italy). Breakfast with quite a large choice of food. The staff also was nice and helpful.

Good to know that this accommodation is about 4km outside Alghero town and the nearby surroundings are not so terrific ... so you need a vehicle to move.

It was a small hotel with the rooms in 2 storey houses with 6 in each house, that made for a relaxed atmosphere with no long corridors and you had a short walk through the gardens to the pool, the reception and breakfast

Room decor was very dated. bathroom too small for couple.

Friendly, welcoming staff. The room was absolutely lovely - spacious, clean, with comfortable seating area on small patio outside and countryside views. Lovely selection at breakfast - with different sweet delights every day. Associated restaurant was also excellent.

Slightly muddy car park (after heavy rain) which meant having to carry heavy luggage rather then being able to roll it. Bar by pool was closed (as almost end of season)).

Amazing outdoor area and rooms/en-suite were beautifully decorated. The breakfast was amazing! The views were to die for. We were upgraded to a larger room too very kindly. The staff is were very obliging and couldn’t do enough for us in the lead up to our one night stay and during it. If you’re debating staying, do it! Perfect end to our holiday, but would have loved to stay longer.

Everything was absolutely fantastic. The only very minor thing was the mattress wasn’t to our taste. But the bed was huge!

This is a real gem of a hotel! It is located a bit outside of Alghero (5min drive) in a super nice hotel complex with wonderful garden areas to relax as well as a fantastic and huge pool incl. pool bar. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, they have very spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, there is private parking (no reservation needed) and they also have a nice restaurant on the hotel compound offering delicious options at lunch / dinner. Their breakfast buffet was amazing and offers a large variety of delicious food (warm and cold) and the staff is super attentive and nice. In general, what made the place really nice were all the people working there! We will definitely come back again and stay at Hotel Sa Cheya during our next visit to Alghero! GRACIE MILLE PER TUTTO (especially Betty, Anna, Dina, Manuela, Franco et Michele ;-)..)!
