Apartment was beautiful. We liked pool and green surounding. Staff was also wery nice.

The pool is quite big and it was amazing. The room itself was quite nice, the beds were clean, place is quiet. The kitchen is good equipped. Overall atmosphere is very good and gives you peace of mind. Good choice if you don't want to stay in the city centre but not so far away from wineries and Sirmione.

There were a lot of ants all around (but the host changed the apartment upon first request). You can't see Garda lake from the windows of your apartments (probably only from one or two).

surprisingly beautiful and perfectly well maintained clean resort with 20 apartments in a conveniently located quiet neighborhood. Large swimming pool, very clean. Beautiful garden. Cost 2br apartment with balcony, living room, open kitchen which contained all essentials. Excellent value for money. Good supermarket nearby. Convenient parking directly on the premises. Very kind and friendly staff. Definitely worth to go.

We were super lucky. With the 2 of us we got a 4-person apartment. Distance to Garda is just 15-20 mins walk, which is perfect for us (the road is not interesting at all though).

The drain in the shower didn't drain very fast (reported to hostess). The mattress could use replacing. The 'beach beds' next to the swimming pool are pure plastic and uncomfortable.

Great location close to Rocca Mountain. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Very nice resort with a clean pool and great service. Rooms spacious, clean and well equipped. I'll be back next year.

Everything was great.

The manager, Stefania was extremely nice and very helpful. The property and the apartments were extremely clean. We had a lovely view of the pool and the valley from our balcony, which was north-facing, perfect in the hot weather. The pool is lovely and never any issue to get a sunbed or umbrella.

It's a bit far from the town of Garda and the lake, so unless you like 20 mins walk, it's better to have a car, also for shopping. There is a shuttle outside the property into town every 30 mins, starts 9.20 to 12.20, then starts again 16.20 to 19.20. You have to pay extra if you want cleaning, towels and bed sheets. This is all clearly shown before booking, and easy to organised, so it's just something to be aware of.
