It’s an older property (although our bathroom looked new) so furnishings could be updated.

Absolutely perfect location. 10 min walk to the trains and buses and Migros. The extraordinary was Jacquelina's attention to our needs. She even gave us a lift to the train station (with our luggage) on our morning of departure. It is a beautiful property and well cared for. I highly recommend a stay here.

Excellent location, great hotel but the best part was our interaction with the lady behind the check in desk. She was friendly, super helpful and gave us good recommendations. Might stay here again just to have a chat with her.

Victoria at the front dest was very kind and extremely helpful. She explained Interlaken to me as if she was a tour guide. She helped us schedule our whole trip while we stayed there. We really appreciated her kindness.

Beautiful quiet place. Near to Interlaken West Station, about 20 minutes walk to Interlaken Ost. The reception lady helped to drive me to Interlaken Ost upon checking out. She was such a gem. I arrived super early so I could store my bag and explore. She gave wonderful suggestions on where to go and explained what the schedule for lake cruise and trains were like. I had a room with a small balcony, so cozy to sit outside after a long day with a hot mug of coffee. There was also a small microwave for me to heat up foods.

The place is an old house and I got a room on the top floor which was lovely but also meant I had to take my luggage up and down the stairs. But not too bad and the reception lady helped me out when checking in. Just thought people may want to know this info when considering this place.

Beautiful property run by a very warm and helpful lady. she guided us about things to do in the Interlaken area and happily answered our questions. The room was comfortable and had all the facilities we want. lovely experience and when we come back, we will certainly stay here!

Excellent location and very informative host. Microwave in the room was very much appreciated as well as the washer/dryer (10francs) in the building.

We stayed in a double room. It has the smallest sink I’ve ever seen in an accomodation, no place to put things inside the shower, no outlets/plugs beside the bed, bathroom door is a sliding door with side gaps.

The apartment was great, it was clean and will equipped , I like the location where you can reach the city center in few steps . also big supermarket is nearby (Migros) . Hotel has a free parking, Free wifi. Big thank to the owner Ms Veronica for her hospitality and assistance.

I understand earlier that the hotel is not offering daily cleaning, but they change the towels daily and remove the garbage bags.
