Nice location: steps away from the crowded streets of Interlaken, but convenient enough to walk everywhere. Huge space: We had enough space for a group of 8 friends. And the view was amazing from every window.

Good communication with the owner/management. Great location and clean. Plenty of room for our party of 9. parking was easy and free. Good Value.

The weather

We were a group so really liked the fact that there were two bathrooms and two toilets. The apartment was well located and very clean. It was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked. We felt welcomed.

First, the owner of the accommodation was very responsive with all of my queries & she even sent some good advise on how to get around the area. One of the rooms' bulb got busted & she had it replaced the next day. The townhouse did really cater for our essentials starting from the kitchen with big pots & pans! We were so happy about it. Our group was very easy to please ha ha. The pillows were very comfortable, it was really like a home away from home. Most of the essentials were made available. My kids actually missed the place when we returned to London. The location of the townhouse was easy to get to the train stations making all the travels so accessible. Interlaken was peaceful, tranquil & felt like a real community.

May be for the next guests, it will be helpful to put the heating on before the arrival especially during winter. The place is huge & can get really cold. It took sometime to feel the heat once it was on. In wish there was a microwave! It will help a lot in re-heating left-over food but may be this is not a common appliance in Switzerland. I mean we can live without it although extremely helpful if available.

room is at the 1 floor (above ground floor) not suitable to the group with many stuffs or luggages because there is no lift available.

- Nice and clean rooms - TV including netflix and dvd collection - Kitchen including everything one can think of and more than enough dishes - 2 Washrooms including towels for the whole family and soap/hair wash - bus station just next to the house - free public transport with guest card - excellent and fast customer service (even found one of our phones)! - plenty of rooms and beds - very spacious rooms, even more so for Swiss standards - games for adults and kids and books
