Very comfortable beds. Quiet. very clean.

The shower was impossible to adjust the pressure and temperature so we couldn't use it. i did tell the management but got no apology just "I'll let them know".

Attitude of manager when we had a dog with us. On the internet it says they are dog friendly but in reality they are not.

I was charged more than the advertised price.The price quoted on booking.com was ,$550,but was charged $562.

Looked clean to me, RCAC quiet, I as going to the Oasis centre which was only a few hundred metres away so the location as great, no real traffic noise. Cheap. OK for one night. Managed to park right outside our room but but was obvious not everyone could have. The lighting was well placed for reading and watching TV in bed.

Mattresses were saggy and I had a sore back all day (and the next!). Colleague said she wasn't terribly comfortable as well. Acoustics aren't great: some peanuts came back to their room at 3.45am and made a racket talking and laughing which woke both of us up then the sound of water going down their drain echoed through our bathroom for a good half an hours while they had showers (we had the bathroom door closed and it was still noisy), and then they did the talking laughing thing again. I was grateful I couldn't hear anyone's TV TBH, but were on the end on one side and the other neighbours were obviously out partying (until 3.45!) so I guess that wasn't tested.
