Staff were attentive and so friendly! We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a private pool which was just perfect! The room was neat and clean with all amenities and more! The resort is right on the beach so perfect for a morning or afternoon stroll!
There is a lack of night time activities, particularly for young adults. It would have been nice to go have a drink at a bar/play pool etc.

so relaxing. staff were attentive and so accomodating. rooms were clean and beachfront rooms were amazing. loved being able to go to the gym and eat healthy food whilst still relaxing.

Staff is very friendly!! There is a really nice gym and two amazing pools. Walks along the beach and healthy food. The complete package! Would definitely recommend going to Komune!

the hotel has everything you need. loved the adults only pool. food is amazing and so are the massages.
the standard rooms are very small for the price you paid. noisy neighbours at night sometimes . not a resort issue but it would be nice if parents didn’t let kids play with those noisy ball clacker toys in public areas, very annoying when trying to relax.

The freedom for a surfing Family, while my husband and son surf I could have the freedom to enjoy Daily yoga, gym the spar which is great value and amazing selection of healthy options at the Restaurants

The staff were amazing and lovely. The views and location were incredible. The facilities were excellent, and the menu was delicious - which made choosing something each day across one week challenging (too many great items to get through, and many I wanted and did order multiple times!)

I decided to upgrade to a villa room with a plunge pool and view of the beach.
After staying in Ubud in the mountains then moving to the beach, staying in a room with my own plunge pool and the sound of the waves on the beach made my stay at Hotel Komune so memorable.
I celebrated my birthday while I was there and the staff bought me in a birthday cake with my in-room breakfast service and in the evening, coming back after dinner, they decorated my bed with birthday wishes - so special.
The Hotel itself was beautifully laid out, the location by the beach was perfect.

Beautiful surrounding, well design hotel, close to beach, greenery space and the herbs garden.
The location of the hotel is a bit far to go everywhere and there were not many restaurants around so, you have to eat at the hotel all the time and it's expensive.
