The fact that sometimes during the afternoon hours we had no water for bath.

I booked and paid for 2 rooms here and when we arrived they only had 1 available they have not responded to my messages, requesting a refund for the 1 room that we did not get. They have not responded to any messages. When we was checking out of the hotel I requested a refund for the room they did not have avaliable and they responded with the lady that deals with the books is not in and I would have to speak to her on the Monday. We was checked out of the hotel on Sunday and due to fly home so I was unable to speak with this lady and since they have not responded to any messages. I have ebeen in contact with booking.com and they have done nothing to help. They have said they have been in contact with the hotel and said they accommodated us and yet they didn't. Booking.com haven't been helpful and keep saying that we have had the rooms we booked

Waterpark

Rooms not clean. Bedding still had public hair from previous guests. Asked 4 times to change then had to do on my own Mould in bathroom and very unclean

The hotel is in a convenient location between city of Rhodes and airport. It has a nice garden with big trees around the rooms

This features as a 4 star hotel which it isnt. I had booked 5 months ago for two superior rooms which were proved to be like this only by name.There was a smell of mold in the closet which forbidded the placement of clothes in it and expectedly the smell was spread in the room. There were ants crawling in the bathroom between our personal items. The bathroom was not identical with the published picture on Booking website. Many aspects of the room were old, antiqueated (especially the bathroom needs renovation) and not conforming with the legislation for a 4 star hotel. The service was poor (we had to go to the reception to ask for towels and get them ourselves-the towels being poorly cleaned and worn out). Accordingly the price is overrated.

Dirty. Insects in the bedroom. Desperately needs refurbishment. Paper cups at the main indoor bar, in the evening! Poor food options in the main restaurant. Restaurant not kept clean during sessions, Dirty tables and food all over the floor. Swimming pool is dirty with mould in the tile grout. En-suite shower was disgusting and antiquated.

Below average, mass-production all-inclusive, run by non-Greeks. Nothing to do with the idea of holidays in Greece. It felt like we were in Poland and not on a Greek island.

TV only 3 channels and in German language

The hotel room itself is clean, staff is nice and helpful. Kids friendly

There are many things in need of improvement - the hotel is old, lobby bar, reception area and the rooms are very basic. All-inclusive is NOT worth it, there is only very narrow selection of soft drinks, wine and beer included, for anything decent you have to pay (and definitely not cheap). Food is buffet style and underwhelming. Please do yourself a favor and go to another hotel, you can get much better everything for the same price.
