El personal del hotel es muy grosero, me he quedado en muchos hoteles de booking, pero este ha sido el único en el que me han tratado de forma grosera, los de recepción son los groseros.

Property had the perfect location, it is just next to historic center and all the museums.

On the crossroad the sound of traffic officer, managing the car flow. From early morning to night there is a whistle sound of policeman, as our windows were facing the street.

Generally clean, a bit dated, but fits the price range. For a few nights to sleep over it’s a good value offer. The hotel is few blocks away from the ‘main’, busy streets.

Nothing unexpected. There’s the square next to the hotel, which was occupied by homeless. Walked past few times and had no problems. Obviously I wouldn’t wonder out on foot in the night time (either this or other areas), but that’s just common sense safety.

It is close to many tourist destinations and not too far from the airport, good restaurants around.

The location is not the best area to stay in CDMX, the hotel was noisy all night long for the 4 nights we stayed there. The room was small and no airconditioner just a ceiling fan. The price was good but to me didn't worth it.

What more can I say that I haven't already said before. I've lost count of the number of times I've stayed at Hotel Diligencias. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There's ample hot water, one needs to temper it with cold water. The room is large enough for my needs. There is a closet with several hangers (always a major plus in my book). The location is spot on. The bus stops right outside the hotel is perfect for going to/from the International Airport. Linea 4 buses service these stops. Make sure to state which terminal you need to get to; some of linea 4 buses do not go there. The bus stop for the main bus terminal (Central Camionera Norte) is a couple blocks away on Eje Central Lázaro Cárdenas (the major cross street to Belisario Domínguez). So too is one of the Metro stations. Zócalo (main square) de la ciudad de México is within minutes walking distance from the hotel as are several attractions, museums, shops, restaurants, etc. I find the Consomé de pollo and ensalada (chicken consommé & salad) to my licking.

I am saddened by the homeless people who have taken over the Plaza de la Concepción. They have trashed the place; my room looks out onto the plaza.

The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows to a certain extent. I have problems with most pillows, even at home. There was almost instant and adequate hot water. The room for the most part was quiet even despite the fact that it faces a busy street; it's a bus route. There is a closet with adequate number of hangers, always a welcome. I normally don't eat at restaurants affiliated with the hotel, but I did eat at La Carreta on several occasions. The food was good and the service was great. I have stayed at Hotel Diligencias several times before for a number of reasons, among which are: I can catch the Linea 4 bus and get off at Estación Teatro Blanquita, right in front of the hotel. The bus stop to the main bus terminal (Terminal Central de Autobuses del Norte) is just two blocks away. The Main Square (Zócalo Central) is a mere 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. Lots of restaurants; lots of shops; there are several subway stations in the area.

The plumbing in the bathroom could do a bit of work. I'm not sure but I think the water from the shower stall ends up on the bathroom floor.

Hotel is nearby to Bellas Artes. Zócalo and good metro stops also within walking distance. Everyone seemed friendly enough and food was fine. Room confortable enough and clean.

An overall pleasant stay. I mostly recommend the place with one execption: no recommondation for business travellers or ppl that need fast wifi! Good things: + very clean (no dust on top of furniture, in closets etc.) + new and clean bath room facilities + king size bed with a hard matress + serveral pillows with different strengths to choose from + strong dark curtains so the room was really dark to sleep in (many times in MX you only get semi transparents) + overall good impression regarding cleanelisness and age of equipement + room service leaves an envelope with the their name(s) where you can put in a tip (nice touch in my opinion) + I had a quite room to the park side (maybe the street side is louder) + the location is good since you can walk into the centre and have food offers nearby; I especially liked the 24/7 bakery around the corner + when my gf tried to get our luggage without the voucher they refused to give it to her since I was in the papers and we did not leave a permit for her; that is good because they remembered her but still acted according to rules instead of doing it the "easy" way Neutral: > I did not check the TV > I did not check the bre

Not so good things: - the wifi is toooooo slow; they have a fibre optics with a sensational ping (<10ms) but artificially limit you to only 5MB down and 0,25MB up which sucks really bad; they do not even offer an upgrade if you ask and offer to pay for it; so streaming does not work properly and conferencing has lags as well; that is a real no go in 2023! - they exchange the soap every day which I consider enviroment waste; you can put in the new ones but there is no reason to throw away a perfectly fine piece of soap that is only half a day old - chair and table do not match perfectly which leads to damage in the furniture and blocks the way to the bath room - our room door had some "ticks" so we had to change the room card several times but other guests did not have that problem so I consider it minor

Restaurant people too slow, have to wait to pay my ticket 10 min. Waitress passed by , But did not heard me asking for my check. Cold food same as coffee. NO refills. I was willy to pay for the full service. Sorry....

Loved the location! Perfect walking distance to everything. Nice room, cleaned daily. Victor the desk clerk was always happy to help

Noise. The stairs & elevator are center and all the rooms circle it. Tile floor makes a great conductor for sound. Victor moved me to an exterior room, street Noise. Hotel on the bus route. Found an app for fan Noise and used it to block out sound
