This homestay is simply rubbish, and the sanitation is extremely poor. I booked a total of 5 nights. I stayed for one night and said that I canceled the accommodation on the second night. If I don’t let you stay, you need to pay for it. You have to wait for him when you stay on the first day After 30 minutes, there is really no way to describe how dirty the bedding is, and I feel a little itchy when I wake up the next day.

Booking was not on their system. Room was disgusting. Not cleaned. Had a used razor, hair and a toilet that didn’t flush. The worst place I have ever stayed in my life

I stayed here for one night and I would never book again. The property was disgusting, it was dirty and unclean. I found a dead rat outside my room when I came to check out. No one about to leave keys with. I’ve attached pictures. Don’t book into this hotel.

nothing it was filthy did not stay to afraid of catching something. staff arrogant and extremely rude. people rolling joints and smoking cannabis. I did not feel safe. absolutely shocking and would like a full refund. ruined our trip and had to find another last minute accommodation costing £150

it was filthy. sticky tablets in bar area, filthy carpets that your feet stuck too. building in need of being demolished.

Location was close to the areas i needed to be & had a car park.

- Upon arrival, young barman asked me to speak to the owner by phone who attempted to charge me an additional £40 for no ID, even though i had numerous cards and paperwork showing my ID! After this failed, the owner appeared to instruct the barman to show me to ‘A room’! - Initially attempted to put me in a room with NO en-suite, even though i had paid/booked a room with en-suite - Again relented, when i showed my booking. - No Towel in room, one tiny pillow with clearly no cleaning of room anytime recently. - Room in extremely poor condition - Peeling wall-paper (Dry-rot?), odorous smell, too much disrepair to list. - Constant youngsters sitting outside smoking weed/grass, etc, etc - Car Park reeked. - Advertised on Bookings.com as ‘Restaurant/Food’ - No food.

The place was dirty ie my room on floor walls not like in photos booking . Com need to check this found ticks on the floor they wouldn't give me a refund this I'd false advertising hope other people agree with me I didn't take pics of the place but I'm sure someone has needs to be seen in person my room was number ten sorry for all this but I am angry about this

It was disgusting. Inside and outside. There is no excuse for not cleaning a hotel. This place should be closed down it was so disgusting.

the location with the canal by it looked great. Bar ok, good facilities. Nice locals.

The room was filthy. Shared bathroom even though I specifically searched for private bathroom (I blame booking.com for that one as it still offers you rooms with a shared bathroom even though I searched for private only… sort it out!). Shared bathroom was filthy, mess on sink, urine on seat, urine on floor between toilet and shower… I have photos! Shower filthy. No toilet paper, had to ask for some. Room filthy, carpet not cleaned, splash marks on walls, no towels, had to ask for some. No tea/coffee, had to ask for some but then noticed kettle was full of black bits stuck to the element that came off when water was applied so we did not use it, had to ask for it to be washed then thought No, not a chance, absolutely disgusting 🤮 Could be a real nice place but at the moment its disgusting… shame really! Clean the rooms, sort that shared bathroom out, clean every day and supply toilet rolls, towels, teabags, coffee, etc… never staying there again unless you sort yourself out… prime location… massively disappointing!!

I'm sorry to say I won't ever return or reccomend this establishment to anyone. The gentlemen behind the bar when I checked In took a copy of my passport and then procedded to leave the copy face up on the bar In plain sight of everyone to see, we then went to our twin room that had no bathroom but I may be partially to blame for this as can't remember If the listing stated shared bathroom. When entering the room the tv remote didn't work for me to turn the tv on so went to turn on manually and behind the tv was a bottle of beg bug killer spray which immediatly made me ich. I then went to find the shared bathroom and wow but not In a good way, there was empty pop bottles which I can only imagine that people had used them to urinate In within there rooms them emptying In the toilet. And I have also seen cleaner tips. We went to the bar to have a beer and whilst In the bar a car pulled on the PRIVATE car park and around 4/5 people was there for around 30/45 minutes Inhaling gas/heluim and left all the empty bottles around and under our car. We could not stay here and decided to pay for another hotel for the night and left. Major improvement required, I honestly don't know how they get custom.
