L emplacement de l établissement au coeur du centre historique de Lecce. A savoir qu il y a énormément de travaux de rénovation du site et qu il aurait été bien de le savoir.
Nous n avons pas rencontré qui que ce soit pour la remise des clés une véritable chasse au trésor pour accéder à la chambre.
La personne au téléphone était agréable quand même et parlait français.
Les meubles sont très précaires ainsi que la climatisation qui ne sent pas très bon et bruyante.
Les flacons dans la douche vides
Et le pire fut le petit déjeuner déposer sur le palier pour deux personnes avec 1 croissant 1 petit gâteau biscottes 2 barquettes confiture 2 brugnons durs et inmangeables et dosettes café tout ça en devant nous débrouiller seul avec bouilloire et cafetière.
Très limite par rapport au prix.

La ubicación es perfecta si se quiere visitar el centro, porque llegas andando a todos los sitios, el inconveniente es el parking si llegas en coche

The location was perfect for visiting Lecce’s main attractions - historical buildings and restaurants. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The apartment was really roomy - huge bedrooms and nice clean kitchen / dining area. Access to the accommodation was easy (once we found it) and secure. Use Emanuela’s instructions to locate the building. Emanuela and the other staff were friendly and helpful. A lovely breakfast of fresh pastries, juice, yoghurt etc was delivered each morning. We would stay here again.
On weekend nights it was a bit noisy outside but when on holiday that’s not an issue.

A nice apartment in a historical building in the city center. Parking slots next to the apartment. 2 rooms, a kitchen a bathroom.
The worst thing was the squeaky bed, it made noises at each movement. Soundproofing could be improved; I wake up at 7 AM due to noises from the streets and fell asleep again. The breakfast should be improved or removed, otherwise you could give a voucher for a bar: the pastries were ok, but the juice was the cheapest one. It included also long life milk and other industrial products. 1.5 euro for an half litre bottle. The local occupancy tax should be payed by cash; weird and impractical.

from your room you can’t tell what the weather outside is (no window, no view)

shower faulty broken hose can be replaced, kitchen towels should be provided , air conditioning didn’t work in main bedroom but not needed as kitchen one worked for the area.

Lecce was one of the most beautiful city in Italy. The suites were just in the middle of the center of the old city, nice and clean. The idea of leaving us fresh croissants in front of the door every morning was great :) The coffee machine worked very well and the coffee was just perfect. The rooms were spacious.
One of the things that I liked is the single thing that I also disliked. The location, even if in the center, was poor due to the fact that the suites were just above a music bar and the automatic doors just kept opening and closing all day until late evening. And the room was not at all sound proof. They should say that if you have a good hearing and want to rest in your holiday, you should not choose this location :)

Spacious apartment with great location, just where the life is. Everything easily accessible by foot. Very friendly and supportive staff.
Parking is available at Piazza Mazzini, but in the evening one may need to make several cycles around before one gets place.

The location is exceptional - 3min walk to the central square through a large pedestrian road.
The amenities are outstanding - we had three "floors" available for us exclusively, plus a ~60 square meter terrace. All for a very fair price!
Breakfast was (freshly!) delivered to the room door in the morning. The fridge was filled with water, joghurts and juices - all included in the fare.

Enrico was so helpful despite of the rapid reservation. The apartment was comfortably and cozy, the breakfast contained fresh bakery products and yoghurt. The location of the apartment is also excellent. Totally recommended!

1) google maps shows an incorrect address of the apartment. This is not the house. This is not a question for the hotel, but you need to consider when searching for a hotel. In fact, the apartment is located in the same building as the Apollo Teatro. 2) WiFi does not work in distant rooms as you move away from reception.
