Greeted by very friendly staff, great value accommodation, very comfortable warm beds, enjoyed having Netflix to watch movies, well kitted out kitchen, good air conditioning and loved getting fresh towels etc which was unexpected when only staying 2 nights.
Might have been nice to have one of the units which get some sun.

Says check-in by 9pm on booking.com but actually is till 8pm. Was greeted after ringing bell by woman in robe...
Wasn't clean. Couldn't complain as office was closed. No point in doing so next morning...

Motel was spacious for a studio unit. good car parking right outside the unit
TV didn't work when we arrived and the staff were not familar with it's operation but between us we got it working. Previous guest had fiddle about with the plugs.

It was tidy and warm lovely room and close to town

Excellent heating, comfortable bed and huge modern room.
Obvious lack of sufficient sound proofing. Heard TV from a neighbouring room until 1 am.

The room was acceptable. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen ammenities were better than we thought thry would be.
Excess dirt by the ranch slider.Toilet brush holder had dirt around the base. The large bed was too close to the ranch slider. Shower had streaks on the glass and grime around the base.

Good location, friendly staff
One of the worst showers Ive ever had at a hotel - no water presure and it goes from too hot to cold randomly without touching the knob. Not just my room - neighbour had the same issue. Also some weird servicing where we had to remind them to do it and they once only made up 1 of the 2 used beds.

We found the family room we booked really spacious and the motel provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is a very clean traditional kiwi motel in a great location with supermarkets around the corner and near the centre of the town.

I loved the service, spaciousness of the rooms parking space and quietness day and nights. Will always return to stay every school hoildays as I visit my grandchildren and have them stay there with me. Excellent all round.
Shower box had mold around floor area but due able. I'd give 4 star rating

Friendly staff, good location, quiet rooms.
Highly overpriced for what it was. Room smelled bad, taps leaking badly, mouldy shower tray, shower head broken, cracked bench and old dirty toaster.

The room was very spacious with a good kitchen area and an excellent bathroom. All of the facilities were very clean. A separate laundry facility is available for guests to use. I would definitely recommend this motel for extended stays.
The Sky TV service only included channels on Freeview. Apart from that, we were very happy with our room.

Perfect space for 2 adults and a large teen + the room had obviously had a revamp recently which was great.
If I had to find any negatives - it was hard to access the hangers in the wardrobe because of how the couch was placed and staff were hard to find if assistance was required.
