it was extremely overpriced for what it was. the hotel/rooms are dated. The car park was full, so I had to park in an outside car park that I still had to pay for which I think is ridiculous.

Bed was great. Check in and check out were prompt.

Shower recess was small.

Everything went well, staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

Could not fault anything.

location cleanliness

the staff were very difficult to communicate with and made the check in process terrible we attended the expo and indicated we would be late to check in the staff could not communicate which meant we had to leave the expo to go to the motel to obtain our check in once we arrived it was determined we could have come in at 10.30pm

Easy to find and suited our needs

When we arrived we pulled out mugs to make tea and they were absolutely filthy. Still filled with dried coffee and sugar. The staff obviously hadn't cleaned the cupboard. Really unpleasant and everything felt very unclean after that. The toaster was filled with old crusts that smoked up when we tried to use it. It was very obvious that their cleaning routine is sub-par.

Bed was lumpy and very springy,not what i was expecting at all .

Staff were friendly and they we’re playing backstreet boys music which was the concert that was on that night.

I got lost coming back from the concert as I didn’t realise how far the hotel was away from train station and the concert venue.

so close to Accor stadium for a concert we were there for. It was quiet; the staff were really friendly, parking was so easy

no swimming pool, that’s all I can criticise.

Location was awesome, room and bathroom size were really good. Loved the balcony and convenience of the kitchenette.

older tv with only free to air channels. does need an upgrade at some point. not a deal breaker though

Extremely clean rooms, comfortable and suitably appointed.

We were a family group on different floors and hadnt been made aware that we can not access other floors with our room keys, so was a little complicated needing to meet in reception to go up to another family members room. I understand why that may be, we just hadnt been advise that keys only access your own floor.
