Lack of communication with owner/manager (wouldnt know his name as he never introduced himself), was provided with a 49 page document (!) detailing how to get to property when they could have simply provided the actual address which was on a different road, air con was not working-had to sleep with doors wide open!, there were multiple written threats about likelihood of losing deposit posted all over the unit, there was an excessive damage deposit of 400 demanded 2 days before stay when it would have been impossible to find alternative accommodation, took 10 days to return deposit, lifts not in action, details for check in were only provided upon arrival (at the wrong address) for which it took an hour to get into property as the 49 pages document resembled a non amusing 'treasure hunt', no tea/coffee, scratchy cheap coverlets on bed with no top sheet, blocked toilet...I could go on but it definitely was not a luxury apartment by any stretch of the imagination. All of this I have a record of. Oh and it was very pricey. I basically felt like I was being scammed for the while stay and days following.

Luxury and top end fit out! Spacious and clean. Excellent location for Olympic Park.

Ridiculous treasure hunt for keys. Email with instructions for said hunt was not received as we were on the road and for some reason didn't come through to my TPG account. The owner refused to resend the email stating that it was my problem. This argument went for 10 minutes before he finally agreed to send it to my wife's email account which we finally received. Absolute rubbish customer service. It took 45 minuyes from when we arrived to getting in to the apartment.

The apartment was exceptional, very clean and modern facilities

The check in details should be emailed earlier than after check in time.

Great accommodation. Very clean and comfortable. Hosts very very easy to deal with and answered all messages promptly. I would stay again if i had plans in the area
